We stayed at this property with some friends for a four day weekend, and it was excellent! The location could not be better, the house is well stocked for any kitchen needs, the hot tub was fun for us and the kids. Check in and check out were easy, and the hosts responded quickly during our stay. We would absolutely stay again.

This was such a great place to stay during our girls trip to Sedona! We enjoyed the proximity to hikes, especially walking from the house to view a sunset and sunrise on Sugarloaf, relaxing in the hot tub, and cooking dinners in the large kitchen.

The pictures make the property look more updated than it really is. I wish I knew the 2 large bedrooms shared a wall with another tenant. Every time they used the water, there was a very loud noise in the walls. You can also hear the voices so trying to get to sleep at a decent hour was not possible. Our front door lock also stopped working and had to be replaced. The only part of the house that was new was one bathroom. Kitchen supplies were extremely dated too. The location was great though:)

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood

We booked this home for a girl's trip. Had seven ladies from all over and this was an amazing place to gather and enjoy each other's company. House was just perfect for our group, cozy but not tight and felt very homy. Located in a nice neighborhood with a great view within a few blocks.

Sibling Visit to Sedona

Great Location. Convenient to uptown Sedona and hiking trails. Enjoyed having a few staples in the pantry to help make a meal one night.

Was perfect for girls trip

The property manager was very helpful. We had issue with hot tub and they responded immediately. The hot tub was HOT, which we appreciated. Several of last places we have stayed it was cold. Beds very comfortable and nice sheets. Well stocked kitchen. We would come again

Perfect for a family stay

Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids ages 12-4) had a great time staying here. Plenty of place and beds. Perfect location in Sedona as we were able to get to everything easily. Communication with owner was easy. We would definitely return!

Large, beautiful, quiet stay

This is an excellent property. We only used 2 of the 4 bedrooms. All are very spacious. It was very clean and is beautifully decorated. The hot tub was easy to use and the neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed walking in it and the Sugarloaf Mountain Trailhead is within walking distance. Unfortunately we hiked the trailhead ahead of us checking in so we didn't realize we were that close. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is plenty of room for a large group or family. Management was very responsive with communication. We would definitely stay here again when in Sedona.

Roomy

We had six ladies staying here. Two full bathrooms were wonderful, and there were pleny of other areas to do hair and make-up. The hot tub was lovely after a day of hiking and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. It is walking distance to Sugarloaf trail and super close to a grocery store. It is a great location and space!

Great holiday stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us to hang out together. The living room had comfortable sofa and chairs. It was also nice to have a seating area near the well stocked kitchen. There were plenty of utensils, bowls, plates, mugs, glasses as well saucepans and other cooking items. It was a great location near to many restaurants and stores. We were also able to go on hikes straight from the house. The owner was very responsive. I recommend this house and would stay again.

Excellent views

We are a large family located in Phoenix, but enjoy occasional short stays in Sedona. We planned a visit for a family reunion and celebrated a birthday. This home is centrally located in west Sedona, close to grocery stores and our favorite breakfast restaurant-Coffee Pot Restaurant. Comfortable home. Fully stocked kitchen. Close to Teacup trailhead. Great walking path.
