The room was clean, location is perfect - just 15 minutes drive to Galena. It was hard to regulate the temperature and the vent was very loud. Our room was on the first floor close to the lobby so it was a bit noisy. The jetted tub was great, but the shower is very small and the door will takes a bit of a shove to get open, otherwise water will get alll over the floor if not closed all the way. We didn't use the communal hot tub nor pool but they both looked clean.

Great weekend stay!

This rental is awesome- nice cozy place for 2- bed very comfortable and the jetted tub and fireplace great for relaxing. Onsite pool/hot th /game room /exercise gym is nice to have. Will for sure stay again!

Lovely place

It was a nice stay for my first Mother’s Day weekend with my husband and 3 month old. It had everything we needed and some. The bath tub was glorious and the pool, hot tub, and game room was awesome additions. Plus the grill area and gym were also nice amenities to have if we wanted to use them.. It was not too far from Galena or Elisabeth, IL which was nice. We enjoyed our stay!

Okay property

My husband and I booked the property for a quick weekend trip to Galena. The property was easy to find and the check-in process was very quick. Upon arrival I noticed that the room was clean and seemed to be exactly as described. The room was very spacious and had everything in the small kitchen area that we could ever need. Unfortunately, there were a few things that were not up to par. There was a parking lot light that faced directly into the room all night long. The blinds covering the door did not have the rod required to close them, so we had to remove the rod and attach it to each blind in order to close them. There was a soda bottle on the patio area with cigarettes floating in it. I'm sure this was an oversight by housekeeping, but, yuck! The fireplace was inoperable as well as the jetted tub, as the attached plug in the tub was broken. Had these few things been in proper working condition, I would have given the property 5 stars. It's disappointing to pay for amenities that are not operable and are advertised as if they are. Overall, it was an okay property.
