Inside the screened porch, on top of the outdoor dining table which can double as a hang out space or play games, we also have a couple chairs with ottomans
4 higher quality Adirondack chairs and gas fire place are nicely situated near the pool

POOL OPENING / CLOSING
We are opening our pool the second week of April.

POOL TEMPERATURES
We do NOT have a heater on our pool.

PATH DOWN TO DOCK
The walk down to the dock from the house is a very gradual 530 feet with a flight of stairs right before the gangway

DOCK
We have a platform swim dock on Lake Hartwell

WATER DEPTH
As of May 16, 2025 we have 6 feet of water off our dock. Plenty to drop a line or just enjoy the lake!
Typically during the spring / summer months we have 6 feet of water.
