Our family had a terrific time in Villa Montane! The facilities were great, and the location is perfect. It was a breeze to go out for a few runs with my older son, easily get back to the condo, and then head back out with my younger son.Jim was also an outstanding host. Checked in before our trip and multiple times during our trip to make sure everything was in order.Highly recommend!

Our central location in the heart of Beaver Creek village removes a lot of logistical challenges, allowing our guests to spend more time together building family memories. The complimentary breakfast in the lobby is a great way to start the day and the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs make for a very relaxing end to the day. It is very rewarding as a host to see our guest families have such a great vacation experience while visiting Beaver Creek!

Great trip

Had a great time in Beaver Creek. Had not been there before but this condo was in the perfect spot - walkable to everything needed for convenient skiing. We will be back.

Wonderful ski week!!

The apartment felt like a home! It was so comfortable and cozy and well equipped. It had everything we needed and a great layout. It was very close to the main lift and right across the street from the village. And the large lobby next-door with breakfast another amenities was an added bonus. The owner was very accommodating and helpful starting before our arrival all the way through our stay. Our family of four couldn't have been happier with this place to stay for our ski week.

Exceptional Location

We had another great summer week in the Village of Beaver Creek. Location is the best! Easy walk to mountain activities and dining. Plenty of space for our family of 4, and our favorite is the grassy patio area. We had morning coffee and evening meals on patio and by pool. Highly recommend this property. We hope to be back again next summer!

Great stay

This condo was perfect. It was so close to the slopes as well as the ski valet. My kids loved the continental breakfast next door. Condo has everything we needed. We lived that it was steps away from the hot tub. Thank you so much. We will be back.

Beaver Creek Hideaway

Beautiful clean town home with gracious hosts. Steps from main plaza. Ski valet very helpful. James and Susan very accommodating during the trying COVID times. Enjoyed our Christmas tremendously!

Luxurious Mountain Retreat with Exceptional Hospitality

This property is absolutely stunning, ideally located with easy access to the slopes. Quiet and peaceful, it offers a cozy, spacious layout with all the amenities you could need. The parking is convenient, and the roundabout for dropping off luggage is steps away from the apartment. The included breakfasts are filling and delicious, and the free ski valet service is a fantastic perk.Our overall experience has been extraordinary—it truly feels like staying in a luxurious home. The owners are incredibly attentive, kind, and gracious, making every visit a delight. This is our fourth stay at this property, and we plan to return again and again. Highly recommend!

College Friends Reunion

Beaver Creek and especially Villas Montane was a GREAT location to stay, excellent property, and have some fun with friends. The condo was very nice and steps from the pool and just across the street from The Market Place. Owners were very engaged and helpful with directions and suggestions. The rental was comfortable and just felt like home. I would stay hear again and looking to return in a few years. Just a comfy, convenient and relaxing summer stay. Great host/owners!

Charming Stay in the Heart of Beaver Creek Village

We had an exceptional experience at Beaver Creek, marking our second visit to this delightful apartment situated in the Village's core. The owners continue to impress with their attentiveness, greatly enhancing our stay. The inclusion of ski valet and breakfast added a touch of luxury and convenience. Perfect location and great experiences all around

The condo was a 2 minute walk to the Beaver Creek center where there were concerts, ping pong, shuffleboard, bags, restaurants and shops Another 2 minutes up escalators and you were at the gondola, mini golf, trampoline, and climbing wall. We checked in easily at the lobby, which was next door to the condo, and had a fitness center, coffee, tea, ice water, and concierge. We took 2 great hikes, and did a lot of the activities. The pool and hot tubs were out the back door. Jim and Susan were very responsiveness and attentive. We had a great time!

House of Interior Stone

My wife and I spent a month in a well arranged home. With enough room that we were not on top of each other. The kitchen operated with one person, very well, when I stayed out when my wife was cooking. We found this out while we both tried being there together. Only problem with size. The balance of the property worked out well.

Cozy and Convenient in Beaver Creek

We had the most wonderful stay at Jim and Susan's home. Jim reached out before our stay with a phone call and gave our family all the tips for our first trip to Beaver Creek. He was consistently available during our stay via text or call. Checking in on us often after our daughter had a serious bought of altitude sickness and making sure she was feeling better. Having the in-home oxygen machine was a huge help for her. I have no doubt that without it we would have had to take her to urgent care. The home itself is cozy and comfortable with everything you would need for a weeks stay. The location was superb! First floor near the ski valet, hot tubs, and lobby. Easy access to the lifts and village shops/restaurants. If we return to Beaver Creek, we will definitely stay here again.

High elevations can affect people differently and can lead to devastating nausea and making it difficult to sleep. We are so glad your daughter used our commercial oxygen machine to quickly resolve the effects of high altitude. The central location of our home allows our guests to park their car for the week and walk to all of the convenient shops and restaurants in the village. We are so glad you had fresh snow during your stay to keep the groomers fresh and to offer a bit of powder skiing!

Perfect place at Beaver Creek Village

My family of four had an amazing Christmas in Beaver Creek staying in this well-appointed condo. The pictures very accurately depict the condo. This condo is a very short walk to Beaver Creek Village restaurants, ice skating, shops and the Centennial lift. The hosts are very kind and were very responsive to questions, before and during our stay. They even provide a couple of pairs of ice skates for guests, one of which happened to fit my daughter perfectly! The master bedroom has a spacious en suite bathroom and vanity area. There are several nice closets so we could unpack and put away our luggage. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you would like to cook meals. There is a nice complimentary continental breakfast next door in the reception area with coffee, tea, cereals, waffles, yogurt, and fruit.

Great Experience

We stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend, 2011 - and had a great time. When I vacation, I want someplace that is either: a) better than my own home or b) in a spectacular location - and this qualifies on both counts by spades!! The unit is very nicely equipped, with intriguing touches, including the dramatic granite detailing and enchanting plumbing fixtures. However, the location of this unit is simply magnificent. The OctoberFest activities were literally across the street and up some steps - and yet we could enjoy quiet on the patio - or relax peaceably in the hot tub. This unit has access to the Hyatt Mountain Lodge amenities, including fitness center and pool (and breakfast in season). We enjoyed the Beaver Creek village and hiking from/to the chair lifts. We highly recommend this vacation property and we hope to take advantage of it again - maybe with some skiing next time!

Perfect place to stay in Beaver Creek

My family has been staying in Arrowhead for years. This year we thought it would be fun to try staying in Beaver Creek proper. We found the Granite Palace on VRBO and it was great. Centrally located, the condo is just a few stairs away from the ice rink and the main shops/restaurants. One more stet of stairs and you are at the main lift and the ski school. The condo itself is beautiful - very luxurious. The owners have thought of just about everything and it is very easy to make yourself at home. Being adjacent to the Hyatt is a real plus. The complimentary breakfast was great and saved us a lot of money. The facilities at the Hyatt were really nice too - exercise room, pool, 3 hot tubs and a theater room. The ski shop/valets are just across the way and they do a great job getting everyone outfitted and giving tips on how to maximize your skiing at BC and Vail. Finally, the owners were a real pleasure to deal with. Communication was great and they came through on everything promised. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again when back in Colorado.

Beaver Creek treasure

My wife, two kids (under 7) and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We always enjoy time spent in Beaver Creek and specifically have acquired a fondness for the Villa Montane. The location is great, as you’re just steps away from the center of the BC village, and also connected to the paved walking trail on the west that runs along the river and as well a park for kids. This particular unit was perfect for our family. Clean, cozy and the first floor location with patio and grill was a big hit for all, especially the kids with having such close access to the pool from the outdoor patio. The heated pool and hot tubs are surround by trees and colorful flowers and provides for a relaxing Colorado vibe. Having access to the Hyatt Mt. Lodge amenities was also a huge plus! Great gym facility, movie theater and morning coffee bar to list a few. Staff is also friendly and super helpful. Speaking of helpful, owners James and Susan are great at communicating and quick to respond with any question or issues regarding your stay, huge plus. Great Location

Just completed a 5 night stay. If I could adjust the rating, I would give it a 4.5 star (A-) rating. We loved the location - my 12 year old son and his friend could walk unsupervised to the skating rink, could walk home from a restaurant and head to bed while we waited for the check, and could walk from the Park Hyatt after apres ski s'mores while we lingered. We only used our vehicle once after checking in. The unit is nicely appointed with an iPod hookup and great stemware for drinking a pre-dinner glass of wine. The unit is tied to the Hyatt Residence which provides free continental breakfast and access to a ski valet 10 steps from the condo (note: the ski valet guys were fabulous about providing tips about where and when to ski which was invaluable during this year's sketchy snow conditions). The owner, Jim, is pleasant to deal with and very hands on - calling with directions and following up on arrival and just prior to departure to make sure everything was satisfactory. Our only disappointment was the lack of high def televisions which were key when watching the NCAA tourney. Jim has assured me that this will be rectified soon. We will definitely contact Jim next year when we return to Beaver Creek.

Our home's proximity in Beaver Creek village makes life so much easier for parents of teens. The safe village environment gives your teen a bit of freedom (and the parents). We feel incredibly fortunate to have amazing support in the ski valet team (bike shop during the summer). Great week in Village!

We had a great week in BC Village. This condo is the best location, easy walk to anywhere. We loved the pool access and grassy area and patio! The kitchen was fully stocked and ready for anything we needed. Owner communicated in advance and even gave tips for local restaurants! Handled anything we needed! We will definitely stay here again!

Yes, Beaver Creek is paradise in the summer with so many outdoor activities available and there's nothing better than quality pool time to relax and enjoy. Perfect home base for spring break skiing

Stayed for a week over spring break, convenient and comfortable, great breakfast in the lobby, ski valets right out the front door. Patched our music into a very good HK Bluetooth speaker and also watched some March Madness on the nice TVs. Just what we needed apres ski, though if we’d wanted, restaurants in the village are around a 3 min walk. Thank you!

Outstanding experience

Our family had an incredible stay. Jim and Susan were most gracious hosts and provided all the information you could possibly want in advance. Their home is perfectly situated with ski-in, ski-out availability in an outstanding location. The home was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean - exactly as advertised. Our best VRBO experience to date!

Fantastic!

Great property! Jim was awesome to work with and so helpful. There was nothing that we needed that the condo didn’t have. Great location too. Just walk across the street to the village center that had tons of activities for our family. Our family had a fabulous time. Thank you!!

Our location is ideal for family vacationers with the safety of Beaver Creek's pedestrian village just steps away, and there are always activities scheduled for kids of all ages. This property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and tidy and stocked with all of the essentials. It is in a great location - 2 minutes walk from the center of Beaver Creek. Highly recommended

Very quiet, private and upscale, being in the heart of the village means you can park your car in our heated & covered garage and leave it for the week while you explore all that Beaver Creek has to offer.
Either ski down to the Elkhorn lift or ride 4 escalators to the high-speed Centennial lift for easy access to world-class ski slopes.

This townhouse is in the heart of Beaver Creek and a 1-minute walk to the ice skating rink and shops/restaurants. Property is on the creek and creekside park with children's playground and open fields to play and picnic. Our outdoor patio leads you to a lovely courtyard that adjoins the outdoor swimming pool (heated year round) and 3 outdoor hot tubs.
Head next door in the morning for complimentary coffee, tea, breakfast and the morning paper - then plan your activities for the day with the help of our concierge to make sure you don't miss out on the festivities.
