Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 2 bedroom home. Our home includes 2 queen beds and we're pet-friendly, pls add your pet in reservation. 2 pets is allowed but additional charge. We're 20 minutes to downtown, Sullivan's Island Beach, and the Airport.

The Home sits under a beautiful oak tree. It was built in 1940 & renovated into a modern cozy getaway. Guaranteed comfortable beds. Spacious Modern beautiful kitchen. Cozy Charming home is waiting for you!

The place was clean and very nice. It accomplished everything we needed for a quick trip to enjoy Charleston. Downtown Charleston is not that far and a very reasonable Uber trip.

Perfect for me and my pup. The house is so comfortable and warm. The fenced back yard was wonderful for my condo dog. In an eclectic neighborhood and close to local dining favorites Dashi and Stems & Skins. Judith was a considerate and accessible host. Fantastic value!

Overall the stay was great and the house was as described and was perfect for our home base for the weekend. There were a couple minor issues that the host took care of immediately and tried her best to rectify. Great communication. All and all I would stay here again for sure!

The house was super clean, plenty of linens and places to sleep. Close enough to Charleston to go to downtown or the beach.

It was a quaint place with character- be careful of the step into the bathroom and kitchen. It was perfect for our week away from home and I would absolutely come back! Close to shopping, food and the beach!

The house itself was nice and well-kept, but we were a bit surprised upon arriving. The host was quick to respond overall. While it’s located in a decent area, the neighboring properties were a little concerning. There were car parts scattered around and the surroundings just felt a bit shady. We arrived at 4 p.m. but weren’t able to get in until almost 5, which was frustrating. Thankfully, we had a rental car to wait in. We reached out to the host about the delay and did receive a response, but they never really addressed what they planned to do about the situation. The location isn’t bad, it’s an easy drive to downtown and the beaches, just not super close to either.

Most comfortable beds! Perfect size for our 3 person family and for the location to go to the Riverfront Revival! Glad we brought our own towels because bath towels were not provided. Had an absolute blast! This is our first time using VRBO

Excellent!!!

My friends and I stayed here for a week long girls trip and it was exactly what we were looking for! The commute to downtown was short and there was so much to do in the area. The place was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!!

Spring Break at Charleston

The property was perfect for our short stay. The neighborhood might look scary, but we were never bothered by anyone and often saw children outside playing. Our pets did absolutely well in this little house and loved the fenced backyard. Although, we had hoped to be closer to Charleston the 20 minutes drive time was never an issue and we had no traffic problems. I would not have any issues staying at this property again.

Listing photos inaccurate

The listing says that this property sleeps 6, but it sleeps 5 at the most. Our biggest issue with this property is that the photos are inaccurate and contradict the details of the listing. There is no L-shaped couch, nor is there a third queen bed in the living room. Instead of a queen bed OR an L-shaped couch, there is a futon, which only sleeps one. The utensils in the kitchen were less than clean, coffee was old, refrigerator needs to be cleaned and repainted. The bedrooms were as advertised and even though the kitchen table had been moved into the living room, the set up was nice. The missing third bed was incredibly frustrating, as the third bed was the only reason we chose this property. I repeat, this property does NOT sleep 6 adults. 5 adults can sleep here AT MOST.
