About this space
Welcome to your home away from home! Our apartment is great for families as well as individuals coming to Guatemala for work or play. We are across the street from Ciudad Cayala, a great place for entertainment, with movie theaters, bars and lots of restaurants.
The space
The apartment is brand new, with all new fixtures and appliances, there are 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom plus a half bathroom, there is a TV room, a kitchen with all its necessities and a large room with a living room and a dining table. You are welcome to use the infinity pool in the roof and the social areas of the building.

The unit itself is quite nice, and the in-unit washer/dryer was very handy. However, the location is a mixed bag. As has been mentioned many times, it is close to Cayala. A large grocery store is also nearby. But for those who need quiet in order to sleep restfully, being on the 3rd floor next to a very busy thoroughfare is going to be a challenge. It's a shame that the windows are not double-paned to keep the noise level down. Trucks and motorcycles can be heard through the night. We would also not want to rent the unit in the summertime, as fans are the only means of keeping the unit cooled. A/C is not available, and the unit can get warm.

The unit is clean and modern, but that is all.Customer service is terrible. The front desk receptionist was careless and unwelcoming. The pool sight is gorgeous, but poorly maintained.Pool was dirty, even a chair was at the bottom of the pool.The place is great, but management is terrible.

Higly recommended

The apartment is spacious, exceptionally clean and it is literally located across the street from the Cayala shopping center. A great experience all around. Woudedefinitely stay again!

Beautiful Apartment

Very clean and well appointed apartment. Had everything we needed. Great location and it was nice to have on site security and safe parking. We accidentally left AirPods and the owner messaged us saying cleaning staff found them and they were left in reception for us to pick up. We appreciate that little extra detail and would absolutely stay here again!
