This emerald coast vacation rental is in the coveted Sandestin Resort overlooking the 12th hole at the Links Golf Course in Magnolia Village. This single-family vacation rental offers an inviting space that wraps you in the familiar comforts of home and offers the luxurious touches you desire for your beach getaway.

With two floors providing four bedrooms and three full baths, this bayside gem is the ideal retreat for families or friends seeking the tranquility of Florida living.

As you walk through the entryway, you'll be greeted by chic décor, beachy accents, and modern amenities of this luxury vacation rental. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar, which opens to the dining area with an 8-person table and a separate sitting room. This layout is perfect for entertaining, and the back patio, steps away, extends the gathering space. The living room is adjacent to the dining area, which welcomes a light-filled space, cozy furnishings, and a flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. There is a guest bathroom located on the first floor.

Head upstairs to find the primary bedroom suite, a place of tranquility with a plush king bed, private balcony, and an en suite bath adorned with gorgeous décor, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Great condo! We love the Sandestin area and everything the area has to offer. The condo was really nice. They provided a little toiletry pack that was appreciated. The golf cart is nice to use to get to the beach or the wharf. Would definitely stay in this condo again

Stay was great. Very limited silver ware. Only 3 dinner forks, 2 salad. 2 small spoons. Would have been nice to have a map of the resort and charging directions for the golf cart.

Perfect location! On the golf course with quick access to the main entrance and tunnel to the beach. First floor renovated nicley along with a great kitchen. Up stairs bedrooms and bathrooms extremely outdated, need of a renovation especially the bathrooms to bring the propertyup to par. The heater worked well but never was able to warm up the first floor. That being said it was in the 30's. Golf cart was essential and a major perk, we used it daily! Unfortunately it was pretty old and the battery life wasn't very long. Was it a great stay? 100%, we did enjoy our stay very much and would recommend it. This review is honest and just my opinion.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exactly as described and the host was very attentive and responsive to our inquiries. When we e-mailed the property manager to let them know the Keurig coffee machine was not working, they had someone out to replace it within the hour! The property was clean, spacious and located in a quieter area of the resort grounds. The facility amenities and golf cart were a nice bonus too!It is worth noting that all the bedrooms are located on the top floor in this unit. If mobility is an issue for you, that may be something to consider. Our family (ages 7 to 70) had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Location!

What a fun family vacation for families with teens. The golf cart was a fun addition and the pools are great. The owner was easy to communicate with and helpful to address problems with the middle bathroom plumbing. It looks like there has been previous water leaks, and the bathtub was leaking to the floor below during our stay. The linens were soft and the house was clean and comfortable for our family. It is a nice quiet neighborhood even though it is close to the guard gate, we did not hear traffic noise. Overall this is a great location!

Pros-Beautiful resort, loved the Village and was easy close access to the village and the pool. Golf cart was a must and helpful to the beach and all the fishing ponds! Clean and lots of room for my family of six this visit. Super easy check-in & out experience. Cons-although 3 bathrooms, only one bedroom suit had bathroom. So downstairs had to be used as a main bathroom. No big deal if you’re super close with your family or friends. Also if your preference is a softer bed, the king beds are pretty hard, the most comfortable beds were the twin beds haha however the pillows are amazing! Also there wasn’t extra toilet paper for any of the bathrooms. Other than that it was a very pleasant trip and grateful for it.

Vacation stay

Everything about the rental was great. We enjoyed the golf cart and being able to use it to travel anywhere inside the resort. The house itself was perfect. The only suggestion I can think of is to have the kitchen faucet checked. The water pressure was extremely low. The other faucets worked fine. We will be staying here again when we return next February.

Great Place to Stay in San Destin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and clean. It was up to date and right on the golf course. The golf cart that came with it was very handy as well. It was so nice to use it instead of driving our vehicle everywhere. Know that all bedrooms are upstairs in this unit. If you have handicap or elderly guests, this may be a consideration. Still was a great place to stay. We have no complaints.

Needs updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself need some major updates. The beds are all like rocks. We had to go buy mattress pads to try and help. The downstairs bathroom was beautiful, both upstairs bathrooms are rough, the master one the glass door is almost impossible to shut. They need to be upgraded like the downstairs one. Parking is really bad, not enough room for 2 cars and the golf cart, constantly had to play musical cars. Golf cart needs major cleaning, the mold on the seats would come off with some scrubbing. Is in a great location, convenient to the beach and the wharf which was great. Just needs some updating.

This was a wonderful unit. It was very clean and well equipped. The use of the golf cart to and from the beach was super helpful.

Our first time as snowbirds. Unfortunately something went wrong every week. When we arrived the heat didn't work. It was 32 degrees. The pots and pans were scratched making them unusable. The blender was missing the blades. The grill had to be replaced. The refrigerator stopped working. The garbage disposal backed up. The last straw was a major water leak in the kitchen causing flooding up to our ankles. The water went under all the cabinets, under the stove and out to the front porch. While the property management team were responsive during our stay with all the issues they have not responded to our request for compensation. We left the property 2 days early as we no longer felt comfortable using the stove or remaining in the unit. I would advise any future tenant to BEWARE. I doubt they will replace the cabinets and the place will be full of mold. And I doubt they will fix the heat situation either. One of the many contractors that came by said it would be very costly to fix. The space heater the finally brought to us helped but was not sufficient for the whole area. The repeated disruptions, service calls and visits significantly impacted what was to be a month long vacation. While we understand things happen beyond control and they tried to make it right this was excessive. We do not feel our compensation request is unreasonable it has been crickets, no response from anyone. Buyer beware, especially if you have health issues.
