Fair Recompense is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo—perfect for two families or a group of riders. Just blocks from the lifts (with a winter shuttle), it’s a cozy, spacious retreat for year-round mountain fun.
Relax in two en-suite bedrooms with heated floors, or send the kids up to the large loft with twin-over-full bunks, a futon, TV, workspace, and its own jetted tub.

No A/C—open windows + ceiling fans keep it cool. A dolly is available for easy loading.
There are still a few steps to negotiate even after using the elevator.

We’re close to the lifts, but just far enough to be away from the associated commotion. It's a 5 minute drive to the Public Country Club with its fine dining, golf, indoor pool, gym and (in the winter) tubing. Monte Verde lake is also close for its boating and fishing activities.

We have an unusually large (for Angel Fire) space ideally suited for two families enjoying time together. The third floor condo has elevator access, which is amazing when hauling up your gear.
