Hicksville, OH is 10 minutes away and offers a variety of dining options, gas stations, local shops, and basic grocery stores. For even more options, larger towns and cities—including Fort Wayne, IN—are only 30 to 45 minutes away, featuring shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the nearby State Parks and lakes, perfect for day trips and nature adventures.

Please Note:

1. There's a security camera overlooking the drive that actively records video and audio.

2. There are a few steps leading into the house as well as front porch.

3. Being in the country, the water is well water and can have a slight smell and taste to it. The cottage has a special water faucet just for drinking.
