POOL/HOT TUB: The pool can be heated for $84/day, and the hot tub fee is $36.75 for 3 hours of heating. Please let us know if you`d like them heated during your stay, and we`ll be sure they`re ready for you upon arrival. You can request and pay for pool/hot tub heating via your Boarding Pass.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

SOFA BED: Please let us know if you plan to use the sofa bed so we can have bedding ready for your stay.

CAMERA: This property has one exterior camera for general guest safety. It is on the front of the property to help monitor the front entrance, porch, and parking areas. (There are no backyard cameras, and there are no interior cameras.)

POOL & HOT TUB RULES:
* No unsupervised children in the pool area
* NO diving
* No glass in the pool area (Any broken glass would require a full pool drain and damages. Guest would incur a $700 fine for any broken glass found in pool.)
* No swimming in pool after 10 pm
* Advised to NOT stay in hot tubs longer than 15 minutes (and do not drink alcohol and sit in hot tub)
