The home is freshly remodeled and ready to rent! There are three bedrooms and 1.5 baths with a fully stocked, modern kitchen and a bonus work/play space with games. There is an outdoor fireplace in the back yard with seating and firewood provided.
The house is centrally located in a quiet, in-town Marianna neighborhood and is only a 5 minute drive to the medical facilities in the area at Jackson Hospital. Each bedroom has a TV, sound machine, and blackout curtains.
