Are you an Apple Valley resident looking for a larger home to host the extended family for the holidays? Longing for a last-minute retreat from the city and just need some space to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Apple Valley? This recently renovated 6-bedroom lakefront with TWO bunkrooms, two kitchens, large rec room and arcade, fireplace, swimming dock, and fire pit might just be the place for you.

When accounting for all bunkbeds, 1 King ked, and 3 Queen beds the property sleeps 21 and has 4 full bathrooms, yet is still cozy enough for smaller groups.

Apple Valley residents can enjoy the use of the covered boat lift on this private lake. A valid Apple Valley HOA boat decal is required. Walking distance to Sutton Beach and the South Boat Launch. Kayaks and SUPs provided for residents. 32A Level 2 EV charger can be provided upon request, with 7-day advanced notice.

The HOA has established quiet hours of 10PM. Please limit outside noise (no music or loudness) and ensure that neighbors cannot hear any inside noise.
Please do not park on the road, in the grass, or drive through the grass. The driveway accommodates up to 8 vehicles when parked closely together.
When taking trash to the black trash bins and recycling to the blue trash bin, please ensure ALL trash (white bags) or recycling (blue bags) is bagged

It was snowing so we didn't do any water activities, but stayed cozy inside with lots of games and family fun! 20 of us stayed comfortable, enjoyed the hot tub and kitchen was great size for large family meals. Lots of beautiful hikes nearby, as well as a playground.

Our family get away was amazing! The kids swam in the lake. They went out on kayaks! The house is beautiful, the owner makes you feel at home and very welcome, beds are amazing, nothing to say bad about this house. It was a great weekend! Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home.

Stunning House

The house is beautiful and spacious. We loved everything about the house. The kitchen was stocked in pots and pans. It allowed us to feed our large group easily and have a place for everyone to eat and sleep. The kids enjoyed the great games and large rooms. Easy for friends or family to stay. Plenty of space and beautiful views.

We had a magnificent time here. Hoping to come back next summer! Loved everything about this property. The indoor and outdoor space was fantastic. It was so nice having four well equipped bathrooms. The game room was a hit with everyone. All the games were in good shape and worked. We enjoyed the firepit area. Best one we have stayed at on this lake. Floating on rafts in the lake was so nice back in this cove. The moment we all walked into this place we were wowed! So many areas to play table games like cards etc. Beautiful view from the kitchen/great room. Well equipped kitchen and spacious too. This place was very very clean, which is important to us as well. The host was a real Gem! Thank you, Mike, for opening your home to us. We just didn't want to leave. This house deserves 10 stars.
