This updated oceanside escape offers the complete vacation package with on-site access to a sparkling outdoor pool and a prime location within walking distance of the beach, several local restaurants, retail shops, and family-friendly entertainment options.

The condo boasts recent kitchen upgrades including granite counters and matte-finish stainless steel appliances, along with new carpets, a remodeled primary suite, and updated appliances for complete modern comfort and convenience. The private, ocean-view balcony is the perfect all-day perch for coffee or cocktails. Family movie nights can be enjoyed in the living room, or everyone can retreat to the privacy of separate bedrooms that each include a smart TV for added flexibility. Free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

Perfect location and stunning view!!

A good view and a comfortable place

Had a 4 night stay for baseball and found the place to be a good place. Plenty of space for my 5 to sleep. It is on the top floor with no elevator, so be prepared to climb steps but the place was in great condition.

The condo was in a great location for us. It is 3rd floor and the stairs are outdoors so you just have to be able to deal with that. The coffee maker leaked and the cable tv wasn’t working in the den when we first arrived but both of those issues were promptly corrected.

Exceeded expectations

When booking in Myrtle Beach one has to be conscious of the sketchy areas. This home was located in North Myrtle minutes from Broadway at the beach and was absolutely amazing! Private and secluded while still being close enough to all of the action. The only thing the entire family didn't like was being on the third story with no elevator! It wasn't easy to carry our bags with two under 5 and a 70 year old. But it was made up for by the fact that nothing on the north side feels rushed or hurried.

Great location

This property was just as described. We had issues with the internet and had no wifi our entire stay. When questioned about it, was told to contact spectrum. That is not my job and what I need to do while on vacation, this should have been handled through them. Other than that, the stay was great, and the location is close to everything. The beach access is across the street and easy access. I will say that this is on the 3rd floor and only stairs to get to it so if you struggle with stairs this is not a place you should stay but if you can handle them, it is a great place. We would stay again when we come to town.
