Beautiful

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our 2 adults/3 kids (11-15yrs) to spread out and have alone time after adventurous days. Pool was perfect. Loved being able to take the beach chairs, towels and coolers on our adventures. We grilled dinner most nights. Baby beach was amazing for calm water and seeing a lot of fish while snorkeling (45 minute drive). Arashi beach and light house (5-10 minute drive) had great sunsets. 10 minutes to hotel area with shops, large grocery stores and restaurants (less than 2 minutes to smaller grocery store) - need a rental car but so convenient to many places and gives you the ability to see/do so much around the island! We also visited the donkey sanctuary (30 min drive) and trekked up the 489 steps of Hooiberg (20 min drive).

Our Aruba Dream Stay!

Staying at Villa Chuchubia was an extremely peaceful, clean and wonderful experience. My family and I were able to enjoy the refreshing pool first thing in the morning and after a fun day out. The villa’s close proximity to beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping made it ideal. The house had the right amount of extras (pool gear, beach chairs, cooler, etc) and amenities, where we didn’t need a thing! Not to mention the host and the property manger were incredibly accommodating and pleasant, which added to the overall great experience. We highly recommend the villa for any family.

Great location!!

We had an excellent vacation, our stay at Villa Chuchubi made it even better. We were very pleased with the property, very clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable, the outdoor space was awesome to come home to and relax after exploring the island. Great pool: never had a problem with the chemicals. The property is very well cared for and maintained, nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect

The villa was very spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood. We found it hard to leave the beautiful backyard which has a large pool and a palapa😎! When we did go out, the beach chairs, cooler, and floats came in handy. We would highly recommend renting this villa .

Aruba at its best!

Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful villa. We have rented 6 villas in the last 10 years in Aruba and St Maartin and your villa is the best of them all. Very nice house, furniture, appliances, pool, sun chairs, beach chairs and beach coolers. Every day was an adventure whether we stayed home or hit the beach. 10 out of 10. Perfect!

Just stop looking, this is the place! From the seamless communication with the owners to reserve the house to the house itself which has absolutely everything you need to the easy check out, it was all perfect. It is only a few minutes drive to gorgeous beaches with ample parking. It is also very close to shopping and restaurants even though we ate at the house all the time (everything you need to cook is there). The pool was definitely a big plus to cool off from the Aruban heat. Don't hesitate, just book, you won't regret it.

Tropical Oasis

This property is set in a quiet little neighborhood close to everything. One of our favorite vacation rentals! The grounds are so pretty! The pool is awesome too! It felt very safe in this home. Arashi beach(5 min from house) was our favorite beach! Baby beach is also a sweet spot! Especially for snorkeling. Zeerovers for fresh fish was excellent! The communication between owner, Julie the property manager and us was good! Ty for helping to make this a positive experience!

Best vacation ever!!!

Our family had the most amazing time at Villa Chuchubi...home away from home - but ever better! We relaxed by the pool, played cards on the patio, cooked health meals and baked less healthy deserts - lol! It was more beautiful than the pictures and the location was perfect - we rented a car and it was short distances to beaches, super foods grocery store and to great restaurants. The property was well maintained, clean and the property managers were excellent. We will definite recommend this place to our family and friends and before we even got home started making plans for our 2016 return! Thanks again to Sue and Paul for just a fabulous experience!

Could Not Have Asked for More!

Villa Chuchubi was everything we had hoped for and much more. Open floor plan, plenty of room, fantastic outside areas make this the perfect place!! Sue and Paul out did themselves with the renovations!! The pool area is perfect for all day laying out or an afternoon nap! The side outdoor area is perfect for that morning coffee. Well stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook if you choose. Close to all the beaches, golfing and restaurants. Quiet and safe neighborhood makes it even better. Property managers are very friendly and helpful. Rental went smooth, deposit returned promptly. What a pleasure from start to finish! Highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to visit Aruba!

Better than imagined

This property is absolutely amazing! We found it hard to leave the house!!! Everything from the Julie the property manager, to the amenities of the house, and OH MY LOVE for the beach chairs at Baby Beach! I have traveled all over the world, on many types of properties, but this one is my favorite! Sue and Paul were almost too easy to work with, and the home needs nothing to care for 5 adults!! I have never been so relaxed and we will be back! Very soon!! An experience that will be treasured and shared in the future with friends and family. Just found one of our home away from homes!! Loved it!!!

Villa Chuchubi is amazing!

This was our first trip to Aruba. The Villa was amazing and more than met our expectations. The neighborhood is great and located just a short drive from the beaches. The check in process was easy. Michael met us at the house, showed us around the property and gave us some good tips for our stay. The Villa was very clean and spacious for us (2 parents and 4 'kids' 18+). The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor eating area and grilled fish one night on BBQ provided. The pool/deck area was great for lounging around after exploring the island. It was very relaxing too in the morning listening to the birds drinking coffee. The walk-in rain showers are awesome. It was nice having the laundry room too. The check out process was easy. Michael came to check us out at the time we requested. The description of the Villa is reality! We miss it already and will definitely rent it again.

What a find!

We just returned from a week at Villa Chuchubi and couldn't have been more pleased. Because owner Sue was so responsive and informative beforehand we were confident we were making a good choice, but our stay was even better than anticipated. The home is just as nice as portrayed in the photos, impeccably maintained, and filled with every amenity we could have wanted. How nice to jump in that lovely pool (serviced twice per week) every day, and beach chairs and a cooler are helpfully provided too for trips to nearby beaches. We also appreciated the home's security system (Aruba is very safe, but it's still nice to have security), the pleasant and very responsive on-island representative Julie, and -- unlike some other advertised rentals on Aruba -- a more than fair electricity allowance that allowed us to keep the home at a comfortable air-conditioned level when needed without incurring extra after-the-fact cost. We would not hesitate to recommend Villa Chuchubi for travelers who are looking to rent a house on Aruba. Thanks, Sue, for a terrific stay!

Aruba perfection! Stunning home, convenient to EVERYTHING!

We just returned from an amazing stay at Villa Chuchubi. It was absolutely perfect. The home is immaculately kept with beautiful grounds, a fantastic pool, and 3 large bedrooms to give the kids and the adults room to relax. From before the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The information provided gave us simple directions to the home and information on grocery stores and all the basics. We were met at the house by the WONDERFUL property manager who answered all of our questions. The home is immaculately kept with the option for A/C or comfortable trade winds. The photos do not do the home justice. Everything is top shelf! Because we stayed for 10 days, we even had a full house cleaning mid-stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. (For prospective renters with teens, there is better Wi-Fi than in our home, Netflix on each TV, several areas to relax in and out of the sun, a Bluetooth speaker for poolside--everything you could want.) The home is a 5 minute drive from Arashi Beach but only a 3 minute drive to Boca Catalina and a 7 minute drive from Eagle Beach, so we rotated the beaches each day. If you've not been to Aruba before, you should know that you just pack a cooler and chairs (both provided!) and drive right up to the edge of your chosen beach. The location was really fantastic. We also spent a day at Fisherman's Hut, so that the kids could do parasailing, and a day in the Arakok National Park, so that we could enjoy some hiking/nature. I highly recommend renting good snorkeling equipment--we snorkeled at Boca Catalina, Baby Beach, and Arashi. There is so much to do! But coming home to this wonderful home each evening was always a delight. There is not a single suggestion that I could make to improve upon this home rental. It was honestly flawless. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here and hope to return soon.

Once again, my family and I had a fantastic stay at Villa Chuchubi! The location in Noord was excellent as it was close to beaches (Arashi is our favorite), groceries, and restaurants. The house has a great floor plan for a family, with plenty of quiet/private spots to relax, as well as places to gather for meals and family fun. As usual, the pool was the highlight of the trip for our kids. It was the ideal base for our Aruba vacation, and we can't wait to come back for a third time in the future.

Beyond Amazing

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was immaculate - clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and more to make us feel right at home. The home and pool are very private and we were able to relax and forget about the real world for a while.What truly made this stay exceptional was interacting with the owners, specifically Sue, as well as the property managers. They were all so welcoming, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure our experience was perfect. Highly, highly recommend—we’ll definitely be back!

They did try to take care of it but It has not been maintained there unfortunately, so it didn’t work. We were terrified the whole stay and are worried about our belongings and bringing them in our own home. The washer has something wrong with it. We washed whites and they’re all ruined with whatever is in the washer. I e stayed in Aruba annually for about 5 years now and will be staying elsewhere in the future. It is important to keep Peats under control. It really had us beside ourselves the whole time and our group spent much time dealing with it. When I left today, they were crawling behind my headboard.

Awesome get away place

We really enjoyed staying at the villa. It was very spacious inside as well as the outdoor space. Having a private pool was pure heaven and so convenient! We started every morning with a cup of coffee on the outside terrace. There are several seating areas outside. Inside has a great open floor plan that makes hanging out really easy. We highly recommend staying here.

We are just an ordinary English couple, who visited Aruba with our family for a two week vacation in 2013, and were captivated by the beauty and warmth of the island and its inhabitants.

Having fallen in love with all that Aruba has to offer, we decided to buy a property to enjoy ourselves, and to rent to others who can also create happy memories of this exceptional island.

We fell in love with Aruba during our 2013 vacation, and felt the same way about Villa Chuchubi from the moment we walked through the front door. The open plan kitchen/living/dining area is HUGE, with a large and shady terrace for eating and lounging, just the other side of the patio door from the kitchen.

The pool invites you to jump in, as soon as you step out into the lush, tropical gardens, and the pretty thatched palapa offers welcome shade from the heat of the Aruban sun.
