QUIET, ADULT Lake View Rental

A locally owned, Lake Sammamish rental, 1100 sf lower duplex with 3* bedrooms, a PRIVATE entrance, kitchen, laundry, bathroom, front yard, great views and LAKE ACCESS**.

The unit is equipped with HEPA filters and Near UV-lighting. The host will always wear a mask if required to enter the rental during your stay.

*A queen air mattress can be placed in the living room. Must be agreed upon at time of reservation for preparation.

** Lake access across the street is closed for construction
The space
Lake Sammamish Rentals is offering our huge and comfortable lake duplex.

Located less than 125 yards from Lake Sammamish. HOWEVER, it includes access to OUR VERY OWN private lot on the lake (not to be mistaken with the "Private-Community" Inglewood Beach club lot) directly across the street from the duplex , and it's included as part of your rental! So you get the double benefit of having access to the lake and the benefits of having access to a large yard.

The actual house is a legal duplex with its own address, but the owners don’t want the space occupied with a full time tenant so we make it available for select dates on . And the unit is professionally cleaned after every rental.

NUMBER OF GUESTS IN RENTAL

After experiencing several successful rentals, we have decided to explore the possibility of increasing our guest accommodations. Initially, we limited the occupancy to 3-4 guests in our duplex since we were unsure about the noise and traffic levels. However, in our opinion, the duplex can reasonably accommodate up to 6 people. So, we are open to hosting 5 guests for short-term rentals if agreed upon at time of reservation. It's important to note that there is one full bathroom and a small half bathroom available.

Please be aware that our rental is not suitable for individuals looking to host loud social events or large family gatherings. Our focus is on providing a peaceful environment where guests can relax, engage in yard games, and enjoy their time at the lake with family, guests, or even by themselves.

COMPARATIVE SHOPPING FOR BEST VALUE
Should you stay at our duplex or the Redmond Extended Stay?

While both places have unique features, our most distinguishing feature (aside from being across the street from Lake Sammamish, private laundry, access to backyard/backyard games. In our rental, you’ll have the following sleeping accommodation options:

Queen Bed in Master Bedroom – Sleeps 2 Adults
Full Bed in Avengers Game Room – Sleeps 2 Adults

So you can comfortably sleep and accommodate 2-3 people at our location spread out through the duplex. What you must keep in mind however is that there is only 1 bathroom, and 2 off-street parking spaces.

BEST VALUE SUMMARY:
If you are just looking for a LONGER LOUNGING STAY with 3 OR FEWER PEOPLE, the primary advantage is that we offer a private spacious rental in close proximity to Lake Sammamish, with private laundry, access to backyard/backyard games and numerous cable TV channels.

CRUISE ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE:
This rental is only 21 miles from the Seattle cruise terminals (and 28 miles from SEATAC airport), so if you're in Seattle and are "going to" or "returning from" a cruise this perfect.

Please Note:
This rental and home are dog-friendly. While we take all necessary measures to deep clean the unit and remove any pet hair after each pet rental, it's important to acknowledge that pet hair may be present. As someone with allergies, we understand the sensitivity to pet hair and odors and strive to minimize them. To further assist with air quality, a Hepa air filter will be provided.

Since it's a duplex you’ll get the benefit of having:

1) A huge and very comfortable 1200 sf. fully furnished living space
2) Two bedrooms (1 Queen Bed, 1 Full Bed)
3) Private Bathroom
4) Full kitchen
5) Large living room
6) Washer and dryer
7) Two off-street parking spaces (parking for an RV/Boat is also available)
8) Shared front yard
9) Office (also used as as one of the bedrooms mentioned)
10) Shared access to Lake Sammamish lot
11) ...and AMAZING LAKE VIEWS during Fall and Winter.
Other things to note
RESERVATION REQUESTS
Having done this for over a year now, here's what we've learned: if the following requested Reservation Information isn't provided as part of your initial request, it usually means 1) the person hasn't read the house rules before making the request or 2) the person doesn't care about rules. As a result, reservation requests that, at a minimum, don't provide the following information will be denied without further explanation—because logically, more than likely the guest is going to show up and break the house rules too. So please understand, just like when you first meet someone and ask to be invited into their house, this is your first introduction to us and the first impression you're going to make about the type of person you are, and ability/willingness to follow our house rules.

WHY THE DAILY RATE:
Our daily pricing is automated through and works just like a standard airplane or hotel reservation such that the prices change daily based on supply and demand for our area and season--so please don't ask for the price you saw several days ago. However, once your reservation request is approved you will have a price lock for 24 hours.

So in order to approve your rental request and for us to be covered by our insurance policy, when requesting a reservation YOU MUST provide the following information.

1. Is this rental for you or for someone else? If it is for someone else, at least one of the people that will be staying here needs to create a verified profile on . We need to do this for our insurance so that there can be at least one person on premises that will be considered the liable party. ONCE AGAIN: THE INDIVIDUAL THAT MAKES THE RESERVATION MUST BE STAYING IN THE RENTAL. SO, DO NOT BOOK FOR SOMEONE OR OTHER GUESTS IF THE PERSON THAT MADE THE RESERVATION IS NOT GOING TO BE PRESENT THE [ENTIRE TIME]. WHOEVER IS GOING TO BE HERE THE ENTIRE TIME, NEEDS TO CREATE THEIR OWN PROFILE, VERIFIED AND MAKE THE RESERVATION. NO GUEST(S) WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE RENTAL UNTIL THE PERSON THAT MADE THE RESERVATION IS PRESENT AND HAS BEEN IND. HENCE, IF THE PERSON THAT MADE THE RESERVATION IS FOUND TO NOT BE HERE DURING THEIR RESERVATION, EVERYONE WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE RENTAL IMMEDIATELY AND ALL OF YOUR FEES AND PAYMENTS MADE FOR THE RESERVATION WILL BE FORFEITED AND NOT REFUNDED. (There can be NO EXCEPTION to this rule. Seriously, be considerate and put yourself in the host’s shoes: as a host we allow “guests” into our houses based on the assumption that they have been TRUST VERIFIED and REVIEWED, otherwise, we'd just be allowing total strangers into our houses).

2. What are the approximate ages of the guests that will be staying (infants and toddlers count as guest too)?

Please remember, only people that are on the reservation are allowed to access the property and are covered under the terms of your reservation.

If you need to substitute a guest, you must first inform the host and obtain permission.

We have a minimum 3 night requirement for staying at our home. This just allows us to manage our guests and home at the highest quality of service.
