Alex is the Broker/Owner at Smith Properties, the business his parents started in 1977. He grew up in South Redondo Beach, lived in Hermosa Beach for 10 years, and now lives in the Hollywood Riviera with his wife and 2 children.
After graduating from Redondo Union High School, Alex pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology at University of California at Berkeley.
In addition to running his property management business, Alex has closed over $150,000,000 in sales transactions in his career. He is one of the area’s top producers, and in 2022 Alex ranked in the top 0.33% of all individual real estate agents in the state of California by sales volume.
