The rental was exactly what we needed. We needed a bedroom to sleep and we wanted to be close to the beach. It was clean, easy to get into and such a cute home with a white picket fence.

Everything was terrific! Devon was really communicative well advance of the trip, all the instructions and access was as explained, and the place was a perfect size for two people. Clean, simple cleanup instruction, and wonderful location.My wife and I stayed for four days total, and we loved the few minute walk to the beach, coffee, groceries, and great food options. Absolutely recommend this spot if you’re coming into town as a couple or solo!

This is absolutely one of the best properties i have stayed at! Perfect location walking distance to the beach or pier. Devin was quick to respond to any question i had. We will be rebooking this location on our next trip to visit friends and family!

Great Stay

We had a great stay, it was clean and in the perfect location, close to Main Street and the board walk! Devon is great with communication and the next time we are visiting the area, we will definitely book here again.

Perfect Location for a visit to Los Angeles

A very nice clean, well decorated spot that is just a few blocks from the Ocean but also can easily walk to Santa Monica, Venice Beach and all the related interesting places around and in between. We found great restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, really everything we needed. A couple of times we went to different areas in LA and was simple to get to the major highways. The owner was very friendly and definitely had a pride in their property. Totally walkable to anything you need.

Quaint - Walk to beach and restaurants

My daughter and I really liked this property. It is small, but perfect for 2 people. It was nicely decorated and efficient. I would stay again. Just a heads up, there is a residence above this one so you might have some occasional noise. It was very clean and well maintained.

This space has all the comforts of home. The kitchen is equipped for cooking all meals. Outside is a cafe table for two with views of garden beds teaming with flowers. Enjoy outdoor dining or morning coffee. There is a flat screen TV in the living area and bedroom. The unit has queen bed, two flat screen TVs, cable, DVD, VCR, washer/dryer in unit, dining table for 4, and fully equipped mini kitchen (2 burner stove top, micro/convection oven, sink with disposal). High speed internet, cable, all utilities, gardener, and residential parking permit are included.
