Beautiful house

House was great. And beautiful. Enjoyed staying at the Caldwell. Only bad thing was i could never get the fireplace to work in the house and some of the remotes didnt work because the batteries were bad. But besides that enjoyed the stay.

Tranquility

This property although very difficult to get to with a truck and trailer, it can be done. The property is set on a mountain side and overlooks a vast forest. It is very peaceful and tranquil. The property has all the amenities required for a peaceful stay.

Beautiful Home! Great for Families!

This house was just as described and more. We enjoyed this space immensely. It’s perfect for families as there’s enough room to get out of each others way. We were there during Hurricane Helene and the back porch was a great place to hang out even during heavy rain. We were completely protected. The host also stayed in touch to make sure we were okay. Highly recommend Caldwell Lodge!

The description of the house was misleading. Upstairs was two bedrooms, one with a insuite bathroom, the other bathroom was located out side of the bedroom in the hallway. Downstairs the bedroom had a ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom was located on the other side of the house up the stairs in a loft with three bunk beds. The bathroom was located downstairs. Other than the sleeping arrangement, the house was very spacious with lots of room.
