The Space:

Experience the perfect blend of charm and comfort at our inviting 2-story townhouse in Lafayette. This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat is designed for relaxation and style.



Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with essentials like pots, pans, and basic spices, a comfy living room, and a bistro dining area. The bedroom features a king-size bed with upgraded bedding, and you’ll find two comfortable sofas (one upstairs and one downstairs), Smart TVs for streaming, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property.



For convenience, Albertsons is just 2.2 miles away, with other markets and convenience stores within a mile. Relax on the spacious covered deck with a porch swing and additional seating, perfect for any occasion. Party lighting on motion sensors lets you enjoy the deck year-round.



With a private entrance and all the amenities you need, including easy street parking, our townhouse offers a delightful and affordable base for your Lafayette stay.



Guest Access:

This is a multi-unit property: There are a total of three units for rent at this address which includes the front home, a private upstairs studio, a private suite attached to the main house, and a private townhouse in the very back. All units have private entrances/door codes via (Smart Lock) and a designated private outdoor space.



A door code will be sent to you for self-check-in via (Smart Lock) with additional check-in instructions.



Our staff is available to help or offer any suggestions you may need. Check-in and parking instructions will be automatically sent at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

1. Safety: when we arrived, there was already another couple in the apartment who had gotten in with a code provided to them that was different than our code. They had used a booking agency and received instructions for letting themselves in. They were kind enough to leave and look for other lodging but if they had a code to our apartment, it made me wonder who else out there had a code to get in. 2. The rental was listed as having a full kitchen but the stove was not functional. It didn't even have real knives. 3. The rental was not entirely clean. There was excessive mildew in the bathroom and the floor mats were gray with dirt. The kitchen sponge was so dirty and tattered that I couldn't even use it. 4. It was advertised as having one off the street parking on the driveway but that was taken up by visitors to the front house which was rented long-term.

Nice property in a funky, cool area.

Overall, our experience worked out. This was a nice little house, in an older, funky yet cool neighborhood. The rental was spacious and well laid out with a kitchen with seating area and bathroom downstairs and the sleeping and sitting area upstairs. I do need to say however, that I have been a longtime and frequent Vrbo user and this was the most disappointing property that I have rented. The place was not clean, nor well kept. The entire circumference of the bottom of the shower stall was covered in mold, both inside and out. There were two cracks in the wall of the stall, which obviously have been there a long time. Due to these cracks, water has obviously seeped under the shower and under the flooring in the bathroom, as the floor sub structure was very weak and compressed under the weight of you walking on it. The toilet and bathroom sink were not properly cleaned and had hair from a previous renter still on them. My wife and I were there for a three night stay and we were only provided with one bath towel and one wash cloth each. The dishes in the kitchen were not clean and we had to wash everything before use. We attempted to use the oven, only to find that it did not work. On inspection, it was discovered that the gas was turned off to it. I did not believe it to be prudent to turn it on myself. The stairs to get to the sleeping area were outside of Building Code (at about 11" per step, and very diffIcult to climb. I will not rent from this team again.
