This luxurious four-bedroom ski-in/ski-out residence in Mountain Village is the ideal home for a ski trip with family and friends. With convenient ski access from the back door, to the Lower Village Bypass Trail, means your days on the slopes will get started with minimal effort. You will be delighted to end your ski day by taking in the alpenglow of the San Sofia Ridgeline from the private hot tub or one of the three private decks this home provides. Your stay at this luxurious residence also includes complimentary dial-a-ride shuttle service within Mountain Village, and personalized concierge service upon request, which makes summer time travelling, back and forth from shopping and dining options in the Mountain Village Core a breeze!

The main level of this residence boasts a state of the art gourmet kitchen including soapstone counter tops, clean finishes and all the kitchen supplies needed to create a memorable meal with friends and family. The log cabin interior and the gas fireplace in the living room is designed to look like an old fashioned wood burning stove which gives the home a rustic and authentic feel. However, you won’t feel too far removed from modernity here, as the home comes with complimentary wireless internet and is appointed with 65” HD flat panel televisions throughout. The deck, just off of the living room, provides a natural gas Weber Genesis stainless steel grill and a spacious outdoor dining space to take in the breath taking scenery.
With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, there is plenty of room for the whole family. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and an ensuite master bath with double vanity sinks and a steam shower. The second bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, where you can sit and relax to the soothing sounds of Prospect Creek, located just below the deck. The third bedroom includes a king-size bed with an ensuite bath with double vanity sinks. The fourth bedroom is perfect for any children who may be in your group, as there is a queen bed/twin bunk bed combo and a great set up for watching movies on the 65” HD flat panel television.
The private attached garage provides space for your vehicle, or you can leave your car at home and take advantage of Mountain Village’s Dial-a-Ride service for a free ride to the Village Core and the Gondola system connecting to the Town of Telluride. There is also another refrigerator located in the garage for extra cold storage.

- When renting this home in the winter we recommend 4x4 vehicles and chains, as the property is located at the bottom of an incline. The road is plowed regularly however due to ice build-up it is very slick.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
