50th anniversary trip

Everything was just how they advertised. The condo was clean and had all the essentials. The view was beautiful! I would highly recommend to any group of 8 or less.

Very Clean and Updated

This location was in a perfect location and very clean. There was plenty of room for everyone to be in the main room and not feel like they were on top of each other. No carpet in the entire unit which is a plus when dealing with sand. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful Vacation Stay

Each room was decorated with a "beachy" feel that made us feel like we were in a very high end resort. We had everything we needed with plenty of dishes and utensils for the eight of us. The rooms were all a great size. We really appreciated having access to beach umbrellas and chairs. It was a perfect place for our family vacation and we would certainly plan to stay here again! The pool and lazy river were enjoyed by all and even though we were there at the height of the summer season they were not too crowded. The location was very convenient to Pirate's Voyage, putt-putt, golf, restaurants and other fun attractions. We enjoyed them all! I would highly recommend this condo!!

One great Vacation

The parking with the connecting bridge to the condo was such a relief not to have to cross the street. There was very little congestion around the condo and was quiet.

Excellent Place

Our family had 6 adults and 5 kids and it met our needs perfectly. It's rare to find a place that holds that many guests and you can comfortably hang out on the couches late at night. The nice over sized sectional was perfect and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Balcony is spacious. Everything is nicely decorated. Very clean. Windy Hill Dunes is a very clean condo. Beach was not overly crowded at all. Pools were always kept clean as well as the grounds. We have tried different condos Through VRBO for the last few years but I think we found the ONE we will come back to!!

Family reunion

The property had a great location. Walkway from parking structure to condo was great. Unit kitchen was well stocked minus a tea pot. Master bath had long hair left from previous tenant. Carpeting needs attention. Living room furniture was well used. Master Bed mattress and mattress pad plus pillows could stand to be replaced. Unit had a great view of the ocean with easy access.

Amazing 2016

We had an absolutely amazing vacation! Our family would highly recommend this condo. Everything was extremely clean, lots of things to make your vacation easy (cookware, glasses, silverware, washer and dryer and wi-fi) we loved the large TV's and Netflix. Great location! Easy parking (it's tight but all parking at MB is tight). The layout of the pool was great for a family with children who wanted to play and adults who wanted to relax. Easy access to the beach! Everyone was family oriented and we enjoyed meeting lots of folks! We also appreciated the security at the pool and during the night. Just gave us some peace of mind. We will return again as soon as we can. We can't say 1 bad thing~

Fantastic ocean and beach views up and down the coast, comfortable furniture that fit everyone for relaxing when not enjoying the sun. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and nicely updated. The pools are well taken care of and were always at a great temp for cooling off but not catching a chill. The property overall is well maintained and we felt at home. The location is great - we went both North to Little River and down south MB for dinners and activities and this feels right in the middle of it all.

My husband, daughter and I had never been to the beach as a family or rented a space like this before and we were nervous of how the whole situation would go. We arrived with some friends after check in had ended, but the staff on-call option was easy and wonderful! The location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the view is incredible(especially at sunrise), the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and bakeware. It was such a great experience. I want y’all to experience it, but also want to gatekeep it so we can come back! 😂 Just book it already!! ☺️

Beautifully furnished 4br Oceanfront Condo

I came with family that included 6 adults and 3 kids 2,4 & 8 yo. Plenty of room and we could all lounge in living room on super comfy setonal. Beds were comfortable and the views from 15 fl were great and still hear ocean. Pelicans flew at eye level which was a real treat. Pool, lazy river and hot tub were always clean and though we went week of 6/16/18 not over crowded. Easy access to beach. Carts are available to help bring belongings from parking deck across the street or 20 min loading at bottom of building. A tv remote was missing in master bedroom and mgt company had someone there within 2 hours of call to provide and program new remote. She was super friendly too.

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at this NMB location for 15 years and this was our 2nd stay at this condo which we sought out after last year’s stay. Its very comfortable and clean and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking for family. As previously noted, just the right amount of furniture/seating and not a lot of knick knacks so no worries about things getting knocked over/broken. Mgt company staff is very helpful and easy to work with re: getting in and leaving condo. Another great stay at on outstanding condo!

Another great NMB vacation

We have been vacationing in MB/NMB x 17 years. This was one of the best condos we have been in. We have 4 active grandchildren with us and this condo had best decor and finishes for both adults and kids. Tasteful, easy to clean and not a lot of clutter to worry about possibly bumping and breaking. Everything worked well and was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked for family meals, the beds were comfy. And the condo was ready when we got there, check in and out was easy/smooth, the rental agent friendly and helpful. Very pleased overall with condo and rental company!

Family Vaca

Check in was easy and the staff at Owners Direct were great. The condo was as described and the view from the 15th floor was amazing. The family had a great time at the beach. Parking in the deck was tight as I drive a large F-150 and my son drives a Palisade. The pool was smaller than we anticipated and got crowded at times.

Great place at the beach

We were impressed with the view, and stocked kitchen to make meals. They even had a Ninja blender we used for smoothies! There were also lots of equipment in the storage closet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Windy Hill retreat!!!

Wonderful spot for a relaxing vacation with family!! Condo was clean and well equipped. We had one little problem with the kitchen light, which was promptly fixed. The check in process was smooth and the folder provided addressed everything, including parking, pool passes, Wi fi, and appliances. Beautiful view from the balcony!!!

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful 15th floor balcony view overlooking the ocean. Clean, well-maintained, convenient. Only issue: could not access wifi. Also, pull HARD on the balcony doors to open. Deep tub, lots of TVs, great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.
