Great Hosts For Visiting Families

We rented this big, beautiful house for our visiting families and couldn’t have been happier. The space was perfect for hosting family events, was extremely spacious, tastefully decorated, tidy, and well maintained. It felt like a true home away from home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to bring loved ones together in comfort and style!

Unfortunately, this property was a significant disappointment. It photographs beautifully, but there were too many maintenance, safety and basic amenity issues for me to recommend it.We were given the wrong entry code and left outside for approximately 20 minutes while trying to reach the host.Although advertised for large groups, the kitchen had only about 8 plates, bowls and mugs, with no baking sheets, casserole dishes or tea towels. Several lights throughout the home didn’t work, and we actually had to move working bulbs from other areas of the house into the rooms we were using.The beds appeared to be box springs with very thin foam toppers and were extremely uncomfortable. The master bedroom also had an overwhelming fragrance/cologne smell that transferred to my clothing in my suitcase and made it unbearable to sleep in.Many windows would not latch or lock, the AC stopped working, and despite the size of the property, we could only locate two smoke alarms.The outdoor garbage bins were already completely full when we arrived. When I asked about collection, I was sent a municipal link and expected to research the property’s schedule myself.There are also numerous exterior security cameras, which made the outdoor spaces feel less private.The house is spacious and visually beautiful, and the fire pit was wonderful. We made incredible memories here, but unfortunately the property itself did not live up to the listing.
