Family Fun! Steps to Bay! Minutes to the Ocean! 2 Car Garage!

A private two-car garage makes parking and storage easy, safe and secure. This comfortable home has an open floor plan.

Recently remodeled with high end LVP flooring throughout, state of the art kitchen cabinets, new furnishings, smart TVs and more. The spacious kitchen with quartz countertops and plenty of cupboard space is completely stocked for home cooked meals. The full bath provide a tub/shower combo and a walk-shower for easy access. Guests can access the entire unit, minus one locked owner cupboard. This unit is suited best for small families. No more than four adult guests.

The property can accommodate up to six if children are included. If your party is adults only, the maximum number of guests is four. Please note that there are two full sets of stairs in this unit. Security cameras are placed by front door and garage door (exterior only).

Great Bayside retreat

This was a great op lace for our family of four. We rented for a week in March. The house was very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. The showers had great water pressure and lots of hot water. Great communication with the hosts, with a follow up call near check out to make sure everything was good for our stay. We really enjoyed thelis retreat.

Great spot near the bay and the beach!

We used the running trails, did some swimming and beach play, and went shopping, all in walking distance. Awesome.

Perfect location

This house was in the perfect location-easy walk to the beach or the bay or food. Beds and couch super comfy. Very clean, and beach toys and bikes were an added bonus Perfect for our family of four.

Great house in Mission Beach!

Long weekend in San Diego with our family of four. Perfect little house in walking distance to the beach, the bay, Belmont Park. Great base for other activities such as the zoo and Legoland! Property was clean and well-maintained.

Fun Family Getaway

This property is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture! The kitchen is perfectly stocked and we felt very at home. We loved how we could just walk across the street to get to the beach. Having a garage was a huge plus for us! We had a wonderful 4 nights here and would love to return some day!

Fun for the family

Perfect beach condo!

The condo was excellent. It has everything you could need, very nicely decorated, very clean, and it felt as comfortable as home. The location to the beach and bay was great, so close. I would love to stay here again!

Spring break

Had a nice spring break trip. Centrally located for a quick walk to the ocean beach. We enjoyed being further away from Belmont Park with less crowded beaches. Kids loved the boogie boards and we enjoyed having beach chairs and toys available for the kids.

Wouldn't change a thing!

This is a beautiful, clean house that is warm and well-kept. Nothing was worn down or not working. The proximity to the beach (both ocean and bay) were ideal. Our family of 5 had a wonderful week of vacation here

Summer vacation

My family enjoyed our stay. The house was everything we needed to be comfortable. The alley it is next to is very loud and windows need to be open to keep it cool at night (there is no A/C in a lot of San Diego properties) but if you had littles who were sensitive to light or sound, this isn’t a good option. We didn’t use the outdoor space that is shared, but it was cute. Everything is nice and clean. The garage is a total luxury to come and go as you please and not stress about finding a parking space or squeezing into a tight stall! I would recommend this space.

Great Mission Beach Spot

We've lived in Mission Beach years ago for 6 years. We love coming back with our family. This spot was perfect for our family. Very roomy. They had everything we could have needed. Very clean, felt like home away from home. We loved this location, we did come during our spring break, in April, which isnt prime season in Mission Beach, so summer might be different, but we were impressed with how quiet the area was. We always have the best time in Mission Beach. We will be back here for sure
