This vacation rental condo is very close to everything in Mission Beach. There is an excellent coffee shop in the front of the building and dozens of restaurants, bars and shops within a short walking distance. It is located on the second floor and has every comfort of home. With two bedrooms and a sofa, there are sleeping accommodations for up to five guests. There is a large full bathroom with a full bathtub. The kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances and opens up to the family room so everyone can be together. The exterior of the building has security video cameras outside parking and door which may be used to protect the Property. Some furniture has been updated since some photos were taken.

There is plenty to see and do here with the calm waters of Mission Bay on one side and the waves and lively Mission Beach boardwalk just across the street.

You can park your car in the carport and lose the keys for your whole stay - you won't need them! Everything you'll need is at your doorstep from surf and beach wear shops, beach rentals, markets, pubs, great restaurants and coffee houses. You can rent a sailboat, stand-up paddleboards, surfboards, jet-skis, etc. or even try a Jet Pack rental! Ride bikes to Belmont Park and the Wave House or head over to the Catamaran Resort and Spa and hop on a paddle wheeler to cruise around Mission Bay!

This condo is located only minutes away from the Catamaran Spa, SeaWorld, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town with it’s excellent Mexican restaurants, Belmont Park and it’s authentic 1920’s wooden roller-coaster, SeaPort Village, downtown San Diego’s GasLamp Quarter, the Convention Center and Petco Park.

Half hour from LegoLand, 40 minutes to The Wild Animal Park, 75 minutes to the quaint historic gold rush town of Julian, in the mountains, and another 30 minutes beyond that is beautiful Anza Borrego Desert State Park. Even Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm can be done as a day trip. Mexico is only 25 minutes away.
