Wonderful, high-end house located in the Ilha dos Pássaros Condominium, with excellent facilities for your best season in Praia do Forte and easy access to the village, where you can find several bars, restaurants and other attractions, in addition to the beach!

The accommodation consists of 6 suites, all air-conditioned, living room and electric vehicle charger! In addition, there is a gourmet area with barbecue, a great pool and outdoor area with furniture.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Water and electricity consumption will be charged at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2,500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

The rooms are composed as follows:

Suite 2 (ground floor): 2 single beds, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, closet, and smart TV with cable channels;

Suite 3 (superior): 1 queen-size bed, 1 bunk bed, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, closet, smart TV with cable channels, and balcony;

Suite 4 (superior): 1 queen-size bed, 1 bunk bed, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, closet, smart TV with cable channels, and balcony;

Suite 5 (superior): 1 queen-size bed, 1 double mattress, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, closet, smart TV with cable channels, and balcony.

Suite 6 (basement): 1 queen-size bed, 1 single bed, TV, air conditioning, and dresser.

Note: We have 2 bicycles available for use.

The condominium features two swimming pools, a tennis court, a beach tennis court, a soccer field, plenty of green space (an Atlantic Forest reserve), and a 24-hour concierge. A free shuttle service is also available from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and beach. Schedules are subject to availability.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to connect with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches. Furthermore, its vibrant nightlife, with its many bars and restaurants, is a strong point of this location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to suit a variety of tastes, as it strikes a balance between tranquility, relaxation, and nightlife.
