This vacation home is located in the neighborhood of Lucero, within Estrella Mountain Ranch: built in 2021. Within steps of entering the front door, you will be amazed by the breath-taking mountain views, via the 3-door patio slider. This open concept/modern home, will provide you with lasting memories of your Arizona vacation. The backyard oasis is equipped with a brand new in-ground heated salt water pool and hot-tub (completed, 2/22/24), that spills over into the pool. The pool provides you with an additional cascade water feature, BAJA shelf, lights for those late-night swims and a covered pergola with a built-in barbeque grill, bar seating and a sectional sofa. Another point of emphasis, the backyard is entirely private, with the closest home being 100+ yards from your vacation home. Note that when reviewing other VRBO home rental options, some properties have other homes over-looking into your space, minimizing your level of privacy.

The living room has a sectional sofa, which seats 4 comfortably and a separate accent chair. The 65" TV has capability for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Peacock, etc. However, note that the living room TV is the only TV in the home that provides you with Direct TV. You will absolutely love the 3-door slider, which allows for open-air, indoor/outdoor living and immediate access to the backyard oasis. From living room sofa to pool/spa, is literally 15 steps. You will find the convenience extremely satisfying.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, conventional oven, gas burning stove top, refrigerator/freezer and garbage disposal. All dishes, silverware and glasses are provided (dishes for kids too). In addition, for your use, we have a crock-pot, blender, toaster, Keurig, separate coffee pot, hand mixer, full set of knives, and All-Clad pots and pans. The kitchen island has seating for 4, in addition to the dining area which has table seating for 8.

Each of the four bedrooms have a memory foam mattress, two nightstands, two lamps, a ceiling fan and TV. Each bedroom TV has options/capability for you to log into your personal accounts for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Peacock, etc.

The two primary bathroom showers have recently been updated with full ceramic tile and new shower doors (see attached pictures). Also note, we provide our customers with quality products. We stock our home as if we are the clients, and want only the best for our customers. We will never cut corners to reduce your level of luxury.

This home is North-South facing, meaning the sun rises and sets across the top of the house, therefore you won’t have early morning or late evening sun glaring into the front or back of the home. You will be astonished at the quietness of the neighborhood and the peacefulness of the evenings as you relax outdoors.

For larger groups needing an additional home or another nearby place to stay, we can accommodate your needs by coordinating with the owner of a comparable home, within Estrella Mountain Ranch, approximately 4 miles away.
