Great spot!

Jack's house was a perfect place to stay for Coachella! Walking distance to the festival, lots of space and all the amenities you could need for the weekend. Jack was super responsive and helpful throughout our the booking process and during our stay! Would gladly stay here again!

Everything & More

This property was spacious and well maintained. The backyard was so beautiful and peaceful. The house was well stocked with everything you could need and Jack was an excellent host with very quick response time. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

The house is in a perfect location surrounded by different places to eat and shop. The pool and jacuzzi are amazing for relaxing with friends and family. The house is perfect and comfortable. John our host is wonderful, super pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely book this wonderful home again. Thank you for such a great time.

Perfect for Music Festival Weekend!

Jack's place was perfect for a group of nine of us for stagecoach. To be so close to the venue makes it so easy to get there and back every day and not have to worry about ride shares or anything like that. Jack was a great host, the house was in great condition when we got there and he called just once to check in and make sure we were having a good time. I would definitely stay here for future Stagecoach weekends!

Very Nice Set Up

This place was perfect for our get together to celebrate a big birthday. John was the perfect host and very flexible when our check in time kept changing because of traffic. The property is as portrayed and I can't say enough for the backyard and the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us the flexibility to cook when we wanted, including grilling outside. We would definitely pick this place again, if we are in the area.

Spring break

Our stay was lovely, aided by the perfect weather. The hot tub & pool were a welcomed treat during the hot desert sun and after a hard 18 holes. Jack is a charming host who met us upon arrival, and was readily available for any questions. The house is well portrayed on line and met all of our needs. Thanks, Jack!

Perfect Coachella house

This spot was perfect for my group, Jack was really cool and accommodating. The house is nice and open with plenty of room but the backyard is what makes it. Big pool and spa, the backyard is set up perfectly for pool parties. Comfortable chairs to lay out in. Spa and pool are easily heated. We had a group of 10 And are around the age 28-35. This place couldn’t have worked out better. Has a nice golf course view as well. We were never bothered by any neighbors. My only small complaint is that the house kind of smelled like cigs on arrival but after we aired it out for a little bit it pretty much went away. Overall a 10/10. Staying in walking distance to the festival is invaluable, especially with Uber lines being over 3+ hours at the end of the night. Being able to walk across the street back to your house is priceless.

Home away from Home

The owner John was great. He greeted us upon our arrival, showed us around the house and gave us instructions on how to operate the remotes.The home was very roomy, bedrooms very comfortable. Everything made you feel at home. The pool and Jacuzzi, fantastic. I enjoyed the early morning sunrises and the quiet. The home is on a golf fairway and that allows the backyard to be wide open. I can't say enough about this home. I've been renting homes in P.S.for thirteen years and this was the best experience ever. The owner is readily available and that's a big plus. Thank you John for everything , my family enjoyed your home immensely. We will be back.

Great place to vacation!

This property had a lovely homely feel to it, the cupboards were stocked with water for all of us and the spa was a massive hit! Can't thank John enough for his hospitality. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great property - Clean, well stocked

We rented from John for XMAS and New Years. The property was very clean, kitchen was well stocked and John had the pool heated for us. He even decorated the property for Christmas which added a nice touch and made us feel right at home. We had our 16 year old and my wife's brother with us. Lots of room. The place has a nice open feel to it and a very nice shaded back patio overlooking the pool and spa. We are coming back in 2015!
