Welcome to our freshly renovated old school beachhouse. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 king, 2 queens, and 2 sets of bunk beds. Kitchen is stocked for all your needs and the front porch is to die for. It’s huge and full of rocking chairs and a bed swing. We are 1 block from beach with beach access and 9 blocks from the restaurants and pier in the heart of Surfside. Even got a golf cart available for rent to ride and check out everything. Our house is on the corner lot with a yard, driveway, and room under house for entertainment, lounging, and grilling. Bring the family and enjoy.

A really great location and a good setup for a family beach stay! Responsive host and a beautiful screened porch. Just know that linens, towels, paper products are not included in this rental.

Great Location - Owner Very Helpful

We were here for a job and were fortunate to have found this place. The owner was very responsive and allowed us to park a boat trailer on site. We will definitely try to book again on the next evolution of our project.

Weekend Getaway

The location of this rental is really great. We stayed at the end of March and the area and the Beach were quiet and serene. There is, also, stores and shops very close so it makes a day out convenient.The home has a large screened in porch and an open floor plan which allows for easy access and comfort.The owner was accessible and easy to communicate with during our stay.Things to be aware of, the bunk room beds are not comfortable to average sized adults, so be sure to bring some extra cushion if adults will be staying in this room.Also, sheets for the beds are an extra cost, so please be sure to mention you will need sheets when booking. Overall, this is a great rental property. Communication and check in were easy and I would rent this place again!
