We have not had any instances regarding the safety of our guests but please note that apartment is located in an up and coming neighbourhood. We will not allow a cancelation after arrival due to the area looking "unsafe". It is a diverse neighbourhood, not dangerous, not illegal, but do expect different ethnicities living around the house.

Please note that the parking on street is free, but there's only one spot for the 2 units. It is on a first come first serve basis.

Check in with a secure smart lock code that is provided to you prior to arrival.

Pet fee - $125 is per pet and a second pet is charged extra $125 .

You are required to send a photo of your pet as well as vet records.

Please note we only provide air mattresses for after 8 guests and the linens are only provided if the booking is for over 8 guests.

No extra linens are provided for the sofa futon bed.
