We apologize you did not enjoy your stay. I wish you had called us while you were here so we could address any concerns. We have treated the entire unit and all furniture and beds based on your feedback. There is NO evidence of bugs in the unit at this time. Again we would have addressed your concern while you were in house

Thank you for the review we take feedback very seriously. We have spent the off season doing deep cleans and updating inventory. The dryer issues have also been addressed. Location on this unit is key.
