Thank you for taking a look at our condo. May-November there are discounts for longer stays of 3-4 weeks. January, February and March 2026 are individual month-long rentals. Prices shown reflect that length of stay.
Isla Del Sol is nestled between the southern tip of St Petersburg and St. Pete Beach. The 350 acre island is surrounded by the calm waters of Boca Ciega Bay. The condo is ideally located- it's just five minutes from I-275, 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and about 45 minutes from Busch Gardens. The fourth floor location provides spectacular views of all the intercoastal has to offer. Your days can be filled with fishing, dining, swimming, sight seeing or just relaxing on the balcony watching boats. Evenings provide unforgettable sunsets over St. Petersburg Beach and the well known prestigious Don CeSar Hotel.
Our condo is not baby/toddler proofed. We have glass tables, blinds and no outlet covers. Ideally suited for older children.
No need to drive to the beach because we have a private one in front of our condo! Beach chairs, towels and umbrella are provided for you. Should you want to drive- Pass-A-Grille, St. Petersburg Beach and Fort DeSoto Park are just a few minutes. I also email you a list of things to do before your stay.
Kitchen redone May 2022 with new dishwasher, stove and microwave. Condo can meet all your cooking needs during a long term stay. We've made sure it's fully stocked with a crock pot, pans and spatulas, keurig and regular 12 cup coffee maker. New stove is even an air fryer AND convection bake!!
It has smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector.
New May 2023 Casper Element king mattress with cooling gel memory foam topper in master bedroom.
Condo complex is quiet with security roaming 24/7 and they have a 24 hour number should you have any problems. We also live in the local area and can help if you have any problems. Quiet time is 10pm-8am.
***CONDO DOES NOT HAVE A LAND LINE PHONE. We do have free high speed, not shared wifi, premium cable in living room and basic cable channels in master bedroom. The living room is a smart TV. We have a ROKU in both bedrooms as well.
We also include a FREE Sunpass (toll) for just the three local island bridges. It's $1.08 each time you return to the island so this can add up quickly depending on the length of your stay!
One assigned parking spot is yours that requires a parking pass. Our unit is just a few steps to the elevator and trash shoot.

Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. This is a condo so voices carry. Please keep noise levels to a minimum on the balcony. No towels hanging on balcony.
No food or music at the pool. Drinks ok but away from pool. Green tags will be checked by security.

The host was more than accommodating and provided information about the area and things going on. The unit is well stocked, clean and comfortable for our stay. The views from the balcony as the sunset are breathtaking. Certainly recommend to stay at this property for a wonderful vacation. The host was always available to answer any questions we had and provided a lot of helpful information if and when we needed it! Baths and kitchen updated and modernized.. rest of unit certainly is comfortable for 6 people to stay in it. Definitely will return!

Wonderful property and host

Amazing stay!

Our family of four stayed at this condo for two weeks and we absolutely loved it! The condo was spotlessly clean, had everything you would ever need and the location was excellent. The pool is lovely and heated and the beach felt very private. We would absolutely stay at this condo again, communication with the host was excellent before and throughout our entire vacation. Highly recommend this property!

Amy, owner, was terrific! Great communicator. Property was everything we needed and more. Great pool, hot tub and lots of walking paths. Family had a great time! Dolphins were fun to watch in the morning and evening!

St Pete winter getaway

Everything at this property is as described. Clean, beautiful kitchen (with all needed amenities), great balcony, comfy bed, plenty of clothing drawers, hangers, big bathrooms….overall very nice. Amy, owner, was very attentive and communicated regularly. The pool was great. Great location, nice community. I highly recommend.

Great family vacation get away

My wife and three old enjoyed our stay. The property was one of the best we have visited in this community. The condo had a great layout, nice furniture, quiet for our small family and security onsite. Amy was very attentive to our needs with our three year old. She provided toys and pool/beach toys my child really enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great clean condo near Saint Petersburg/Clearwater area. Nice pool and beach. Host was accessible and very detailed oriented which I liked. Beautiful beaches at Fort De Sota Park very close and not crowded. Also, Clearwater Aquarium with a marine biology cruise. Relaxed vacation in a wonderful setting!

True charmer!

We loved our stay and felt we were spending time in our home away from home. The condo is located in a very peaceful charming area. The views of the water both day and night adds a very special ambiance to your stay. Amy has the residence fully stocked with everything you may need and the place is spotless. Amazing Home Away from Home

Beautiful condo in a beautiful area!! We couldn't be more pleased with our stay. The condo was exactly how the pictures show it, clean and maintained, beach accessories you can use, and we saw dolphins from the balcony multiple times! Amy is amazing to work with, always texting and emailing recommendations on things to do and places to eat. If you have any questions or concerns just send her a text and she replies quickly. Absolutely Perfect

Amy was a wonderful host. She made the entire process easy from start to finish. The property is an ideal location with stunning views and closeness to the pool and beach area. Everything we could have possibly needed from beach chairs to can openers was provided. Amy even left water and coffee as she knew we were a late arrival. We are looking forward to a return visit soon.

Couldn’t have been any more perfect.

The host, Amy is diligent with her communications and set us up for a great stay. Our family was looking for a two bedroom place, on the water, with a pool, and offered us a chance to fish from shore. This unit checked all of the boxes and more. The kitchen was well stocked for those times that we ate in, the internet worked flawlessly, the cable package was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. I probably wouldn’t do much if anything different if it was our own condo. The community was very well kept and quiet. Our stay truly was a week in paradise. Thank you Amy for allowing us to stay in your condo and enjoy everything the greater St. Petersburg has to offer.

Great rental with beautiful scenery and amenities

The condo has great scenery and very good amenities. The condo is well furnished with balcony looking west onto bay and pool complex. Nice heated pool with hot tub. Also, there is a sand area along bay with a few cabanas and lounge chairs.

A Wonderful Experience!

We had an excellent experience. The condo was very clean and fully equipped. The owner was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable and had all the information we needed. The view was beautiful overlooking the pool and the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great condo with a lovely view

We stayed in this well-stocked and very comfortable condo near St. Pete’s beach for 10 days. The view from the balcony was wonderful and its location to nearby beaches and restaurants was so convenient. Amy, the owner, was very helpful with information regarding our stay and things to do and was very easy to communicate with prior and during our stay. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone wishing to visit this part of the sunshine state.

We just purchased the condo and have been really enjoying adding our personal touch. Both of us were born and raised in MI and have been gradually making our way south. We live in Tampa and wanted a vacation home that was a short distance away yet had a lot to do.

We just loved the location of this building on the intercoastal. So much to look at from the balcony. Most of the time we never have to leave because the beach and pool are right there. That's so convenient especially when you have a young child! We still have some more updating we'd like to do but it can be done over time.

この宿泊施設の特徴

After we purchased it we made some changes so there's newer paint, lights, fans etc. Plus new small appliances, dishes, plates, utensils, sheets and towels. If you want to make major meals the kitchen has you covered! If you want to order out we have suggestions.
This condo feels like a quaint cozy retreat yet provides an ideal location for exploring.
