We are really proud of this space and can't wait for you to experience it. 2 blocks from the main downtown area and easy access to parkway. Please note, this unit is above another vacation rental.

Great Stay

It was a beautiful house and I was very happy with the stay. I was happy that there was a parking lot and it wasn’t all side street parking. The host made check in and check out very easy. Felt like a good area, a little busy but we enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. My only concern was the floor was creaky and I was worried about us being loud walking around considering there where downstairs tenants.

Concert Night in Bend!

This unit was very nice, very clean and had everything you need for a very comfortable stay. walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very safe area! would definitely rent agian when back in Bend!

Bend apartment review

We needed a place to stay for one night after a bike race in Bend. This property was perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to downtown attractions.

Great apartment close to downtown

This place was great for me and my family (spouse and two kids). It’s very centrally located and a short walk to downtown. Kitchen is well stocked although only has four bowls. Not a big deal but we had to keep washing them. Bathroom is large and it was nice to have laundry. Air conditioner kept us cool during the heat wave. Host was very responsive and easy to contact.

Unit was good, host not so much.

Served its purpose for our needs, wouldn't describe as luxurious. It was nice overall, with several minor maintenance issues, like broken cabinets & handles, nothing to significantly affect our stay. Location was convenient, really close to downtown, parking was great. Biggest downside of our stay was dealing with the host. Property has tenants both above & below the unit. House is creaky; normal living like walking or closing doors make a lot of sound. We could hear the tenant upstairs walking and moving about regularly. Our second day, we got a call from the host stating she had to refund renters that complained about us making excessive noise and having guests coming and going at 1:30am. We were not asked, just immediately accused. I explained to the host that we were in bed asleep at that time and had also heard noise outside during the night. As two women in our 30s who don’t know anyone in Bend, it was unlikely that we were hosting a late-night party. She seemed unconvinced, and went on about how we need to remember there are other renters in the property. The conversation ended abruptly as we lost cell service. The next night, around 1:30am we hear voices outside again, potentially the same from the night before as there are other houses around the property. I informed the host with no response. We also had to reach out to request information for both check in and check out.Overall the interaction could have been handled better and certainly put a damper on our stay.

More quaint than luxury but very nice. There were some issues with Expedia/VRBO about getting access info, but once the owner was involved they were instantly resolved. First place I've ever stayed without coffee on hand (filters and a pot but no coffee) - observation, not a complaint. Terrifically convenient location.

This apartment was great for our group of 4 for a one night stay. Check in was easy. The AC units work very well.

Great Location

This is a cute little place that was well equipped for our 5 days in Bend. There were only 3 of us so having just one bathroom was ok, we had been a bit worried about it. We loved the location and it was very quiet despite having neighbors above and below us. We saw them but never heard them. We got a few inches of snow, but couldn't find a shovel to clear the deck, that's about the only thing we couldn't find in this well stocked home, and to be fair we didn't search everywhere because it's spring and the sun cleared it in a day.

Best rental for downtown bend!

Loved this property. It was walking distance to almost everything downtown and while we had some trouble getting into the property initially, the host was very responsive and resolved the issue in minutes! Highly recommend!
