No complaints. It was everything I had hoped for on a rental in a beach town plus it was really clean. Bikes, beach tags, location, etc. Plan on staying their again next summer.

Perfect beach house!

My family and I spent three weeks here and had a wonderful time. Being in walking distance of the beach and boardwalk was great and the place was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Enjoyed sitting on the spacious front porch to begin and end each day!

Week at the beach

The place was very clean, and very well equipped. It is only 1 block from the boardwalk and beach. There are little stores close by.

Very Welcoming

This location was perfect. Nancy was great with communicating throughout the week to share happenings in the area that may have been an interest to us. The house is comfortable and welcoming.

Perfect location

We had a great stay despite the windy weather. We brought a few of our bikes and used the 2 provided. Our family easily biked to the busy part of the BW and didn’t need to worry about parking. Easy walk to the beach. Easy walk to the bay. Go to Nauti doughnuts around the block! You won’t regret it!

A WEEK IN PARADISE

CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS AMAZING PROPERTY . CHECKING IN AND OUT MADE INCREDIBLY EASY BY OUR WONDERFUL HOST NANCY . LOCATION IS AMAZING . ONLY STEPS TO THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH . THE HOUSE WAS SO WELL STOCKED , NEAT AND CLEAN . HANGING ON THE FRONT PORCH AT NIGHT WITH DRINKS AND A COOL OCEAN BREEZE WAS NOTHING SHORT OF BEING IN PARADISE . ONE HUNDRED YARD WALK TO UNCLE BILL'S PANCAKE HOUSE , NAUTI DOUGHNUTS AND THE MINI MART WHO HAS EVERYTHING FROM GREAT COFFFE , GREAT SANDWICHES AND ANYTHING YOU MIGHT HAVE FORGOTTEN TO PACK . I CAN GO ON AND ON ABOUT WHAT A GREAT HOUSE AND LOCATION THIS IS . ALMOST FORGOT TO MENTION THE VERY CLEAN AND REFRESHING OUTDOOR SHOWER IS A MUST !!! THANKS NANCY !!

Amazing stay in OC

Really happy with this property. Four houses from the beach and we'll equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Have bikes was a really nice touch. Nancy was in touch all week to make sure everything went smoothly and we knew the best places to go ... thx for the tip on Browns Donuts they were excellent:)

Beautiful, easy, relaxing

Fantastic vacation

My family and I had a great time at Nancy’s place. Its a cute, cozy and comfy place. The proximity to the beach helped me to arrive on time to watch sunrise on most days:)) I will definitely consider this place when I visit OC next time.

Property was great. A latch on the screen door broke and was reported immediately. Person that came to repair was not friendly or professional. Thought the return on the deposit was a little nitpicky. A spot on the carpet and some nail polish on a mattress pad for $140.00?

Excellent, well maintained house. Quiet beach. Very short drive to the boardwalk area.

The perfect size for our group which was anywhere from 5-7 depending on the day of the week. Kitchen is set up beautifully and well stocked with nice dishes. Appliances were all modern including a whisper quiet Bosch dishwasher. Bedrooms were a little tight with both beds in use but kids loved them. TVs in every bedroom helped when tired kids wanted to all watch their own thing. Was nervous about one bathroom but turned out fine. Only bed with a bedspread is the queen bed. Bring your own for the full size beds if you sleep under them.

Great choice for a family vacation!

Charming home with unique characteristics! Loved everything about it. As a former native from NJ I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with my family. Close to the amazing beach, boardwalk and food. Everything within walking distance. House was equipped with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Nancy and Dave were excellent hosts with great communication through out the booking. We would all love to stay here again!

All the comforts

A very well maintained, comfortable home near the beach. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and condiments. There were just three in our group; larger families might not be comfortable with the single bathroom. Otherwise a perfect place to spend some time in OC.

Such a great location. We are at the beginning of the boardwalk away from the downtown and the amusements of the boardwalk but just a short walk to get to them. Only a block to boardwalk and beach entrance and we are located on the corner of 22nd St and Central Avenue. Ocean City just has everything you need. We just love the beach and we have plenty of white sand beaches here for relaxing, we love biking and we have plenty of safe routes for bikes here, the boardwalk till noon and the entire town is only 2 houses deep per block with an alley that travels behind them on every block which makes for plenty of bike routes and we like the fact that if we do want some night time entertainment Atlantic City is actually the next island away over the Long Port Bridge from Ocean City. Ocean City is a great family town with all the benefits and all the benefits of being close to other attractions, just a great place to relax at the Jersey Shore.

Our family has loved it here for years.
