Fish Lake Suite - Castle Rock Condos

The Fish Lake Suite is a fun fit for the whole family and then some, themed after our nearby Fish Lake! This pleasurable suite was designed to hold 10+ people and is tastefully decorated to give you that peaceful Lakehouse feel. There are games, movies, and lots to cook with. Make this your home away from home for the whole family!
The Space:
This is a luxurious, brand-new 3 bedroom condominium located in downtown Richfield! It is within walking distance of several restaurants (including the brand-new Black Bear Diner). We are also two blocks away from a major grocery store and a quick drive to Wal-Mart and Home Depot. This unit has great access to Main Street and all the fun in the heart of Richfield.
Each room has an unbelievably soft King bed, with comfortable pillows and sheets for one of the best sleeps ever! Our middle guest bedroom holds a whole family by itself with our unique twin sized bunkbed/trundle combo as well as our King sized bed. In the living room, the couch opens up to a comfortable memory foam Queen-Sized bed!
There are two bathrooms in this unit, each stocked with travel sized toiletries, clean towels, and a blow dryer. There is a stunning walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a shower/tub combo in the guest bathroom – perfect for the whole family! There are also extra towels and linens provided in our Laundry closet. We provide a couple laundry pods and dryer sheets for your convenience so that you are able to do your own laundry if needed!
The kitchen comes equipped with all the basics you need for a fabulous home cooked meal! Brand new appliances such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker are included. There are cooking utensils, pots and pans, bakeware and beautiful glass dishware (and plastic ones for the kiddos!).
This is a second story unit and access is very simple. You will receive a unique code to your door. This allows you to avoid the hassle of a slow check in process or the responsibility of keeping track of a physical key. It also makes it easy to share with family and friends staying with you! Just punch in the code and go!
We are very fortunate to offer free access to a covered pool and hot tub, as well as an indoor workout room! These amenities are all part of our neighboring property, and access is convenient and easy. We are currently the only vacation rentals in Richfield to offer this perk!
