As fotos condizem exatamente com a realidade do apartamento, está me perfeito estado, muito bem equipado e o proprietário é extremamente solícito. A localização é boa, próximo a bancos, supermercado e etc.

Muito bom !

Apartamento novo, bem organizado, com móveis e utensílios novos. Bairro tranquilo e silencioso. Mercado a 3 minutos a pé, restaurantes, padarias e paradas de ônibus nas proximidades. Fácil acesso a shoppings, centro e principais pontos turísticos. Proprietário bem simpático e solicito.Recomendo !
