Clean, new and private sanctuary in historic Tampa Heights. Central Air, Strong Wi-fi and Washer/Dryer. This suite has flexible self check in, equipped with TV, Full Kitchen, Coffee Maker, Hair Dryer and Complimentary Coffee.
Walking distance to Armature Works, Tampa Riverwalk and Ybor City. 3 min drive to I-275 and I-4. 10 min drive to Tampa airport, downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena, Busch Gardens. 15 min to Raymond James Stadium, Florida Amphitheater, 35 min to nations best beaches.
The Space:
From the moment you enter the residence you will love the OPEN FLOOR PLAN, oversized kitchen with breakfast bar and comfortable sofa which doubles as a bed. Very high ceilings throughout the entire space to give a open and inviting look and feel. In the kitchen you will find stainless steel stove and retro, stylish fridge as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Guest Access:
There is parking directly at the property and street parking is also available. The neighborhood and parking lot is well lit and quiet.
Guests will receive a personalized PIN code for door access and outdoor key location prior check-in. Please check your app messages for details, info and instructions.
The Neighborhood:
Urban neighborhood that is quiet and close to so many local Tampa attractions!
Getting Around:
Feel free to take an Uber, taxi or walk around this neighborhood to all things Tampa!

There is so much going on all the time, and we are close to all of it!
