Cute summer week rental

Cute house in a nice area and convenient location. Loved having access to the bikes to ride. Had everything we needed. Pet friendly.

Repeat Customers

We have stayed at this house for the past 2 summers and absolutely love it! Especially, since we can bring our chocolate lab, whose most favorite thing to do in life, besides eat, is to swim. There is the most clear and clean pond in walking distance that both humans and dogs can swim in. The walk into downtown Osterville is also quaint. And the pizza at Crisp is delish!

Best Vacation Rental!

We had a great stay! The house's location was incredible, walking distance to downtown Osterville, right around the corner (literally) from Micah and Joshua pond, and minutes from Dowses beach. All the roads had sidewalks, great for walking, running, and biking and the small neighborhood was quiet. We appreciated the beach pass, outdoor charcoal grill, and bikes. The house was clean, and there was enough room for six adults and our two-year-old chocolate lab. We will be booking again for next summer! Thank you, Walter.

Great fit for our group!

This house was a good fit for our group. (3 Moms & 4 kids). It met our criteria with the three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, washer dryer and family space. The location was different from where we usually stay, but it worked! We had a great week!

Disappointed

Needed a good cleaning. Outside deck was filthy and not usable.Inside furniture for watching consisted of three worn-out couches, uncomfortable, and no ottomans or foot stools.

Our house is set up primarily first as our families vacation house and second as a rental. It is professionally cleaned after each guest leaves. The accommodations are geared toward families with kids and pets. We provide a summer beach pass, bikes, a ping pong table and window air conditioners in each room. We have a partially covered deck to try and protect from the overhead trees that line the property but it's not always easy to keep all the furniture outside spotless. With nearly two years of covid behind us we can finally get back to updating the property as was originally planned. If you are looking for the Ritz Carlton to vacation and put your feet up this is not the house for you, but if you are looking for a family friendly place to bring the kids and dogs this is your house.

Great place for a family getaway!

We had a great stay! The kids loved the kids area with toys, we appreciated the beach supplies, and the house had plenty of space. The screen door had some holes and was hard to keep on the tracks; otherwise, everything was just right!

Amazing quiet getaway!

I have rented from the owners for a few years. They are amazing and hospitable people. They are flexible and accommodating when booking and staying. Everything is there that you need, and the beach pass is a huge bonus! You are able to get into private beaches and not pay for parking! Don't miss out on this gem!
