Convenient to campus
This property is very convenient to Concord Uni. Street is a little busy at night, but that's out of the host's control.
The only "ding" is related to the accuracy of the listing as there are only two window unit air conditioners: one in the living room and one in a bedroom. So while the property is listed as air conditioned, it's not the whole house. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the three without the air conditioner have box fans to put into the windows. Host was super responsive when we reported 2 box fans not working.
However, for our stay, we only had one very warm night where the 2nd floor bedrooms were quite warm. But, for the rest of the stay, the evenings were cool.
The kitchen is over the top supplied. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
