The paintings that decorate the apartment aim to emulate a small art gallery allowing young artists of great potential to exhibit and offer their work.
The apartment is equipped with sheets, towels, fan and stove, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, microwave, dishes and cutlery, coffee maker, rice cooker, coffee, tea, etc...
The parking lot is private and secure, located on floor -1 and the building also has several visitor parking spaces.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe, its surroundings have several fast food outlets, restaurants, pharmacies, pubs and shopping centers. The department has an excellent connection, it is located one block from Apoquindo Avenue, one block from bus stops and one and a half blocks from the Escuela Militar metro station.

The great attributes that the neighborhood has are: SECURITY, you can walk day and night without problem; LOCATION, the apartment is located in the heart of the Las Condes commune; CONNECTION, steps from buses and metro station; SERVICES, steps from restaurants, pubs, fast food, pharmacies, grocery stores, supermarkets, banks, shopping centers; TRANQUILITY, despite being just steps from everything, the street where the building is located is small and quiet so you will not have the noise of big cities

If I had to choose only two qualities that stand out from the rest of the apartments offered, they would be: SIZE and LOCATION. The apartment has 516 ft2 (48 m2), which is quite large for a one-bedroom apartment. And regarding the location, if you want to stay in Las Condes you will not find a better location than this
