The Space:

Discover a charming townhouse offering comfortable living spaces. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. A full bathroom is available for your convenience. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and dining area. The living room provides a relaxing space with a sofa bed and a 55" TV. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, ensuring a comfortable stay.

This is a private duplex and you have access to the property and your unit. Please note that there are exterior cameras for security.

The historic downtown area, with its many attractions and restaurants, is just a short walk or drive away. Public transportation options, including buses, are available nearby for convenient access to all the city has to offer.

Great space with fun decorating. Kids had a lot of fun with the art work throughout the house. Located very close to key areas of Savannah which made it easy for us to check off multiple spots of our “Must Visit” list. Great communication from the owner and did not experience any problems. Thank you!

Great place to stay

Cute rental with lots of space inside. It is well situated close to the beach and the great food options in Savannah.

Renter Beware

The location of this property was a huge disappointment. I can't speak to the inside of the property because I didn't even feel safe enough to get my family out of the car. The property is attached to an abandoned building with homeless people lingering out front. We drove by twice and used our better judgment to just book a hotel. I specifically asked the host about parking because we had our car full of belongings that would need to be unloaded. He assured us that there was parking in front of the duplex. There was barely street parking and certainly nothing designated for the duplex. I book VRBO very often and have always had a great experience. This, however, was a huge disappointment. When I contacted the host about a refund, he gave me a hard "NO." He did not even offer to return the cleaning fee, which was obviously not needed since we didn't step foot on the property. I spent the first 2 hours of our vacation on the phone with customer support which until now is still unresolved. Very disappointed in VRBO for even offering this listing.

Such a cute spot!

We came up from FL for the weekend and found this property last minute. The beds were super comfy and the home was very clean. The decor was adorable and looked excited like the listing photos! The air never got below 72 (regardless of it being set lower) so it got a little warm in the back half of the home. It was super hot this weekend so I’m sure that’s all it was! However, the host was very communicative throughout our entire stay and offered to come check it out if we needed. Overall, I would stay here again! :)

Neighborhood Not What We Expected

I can not review the inside of the house but previous reviews seem to say it is very nice. We pulled up for a one night stay and had to go to a hotel due not feeling safe with the neighborhood. We never left our vehicle or went inside the house. The pictures of the community do not reflect what we observed. The property across the street seemed abandon with a large parking lot with a large group of people drinking and playing loud music with a hand written sign for car washes. The street parking was available but appeared unsafe. Most buildings one to two blocks away driving in were boarded up or looked to be not safe. Street parking was available but could be risky to keep vehicle safe overnight. The owner was responsive to our communication, we just ask the owner update the pictures and description of the neighborhood. We would not have felt safe to walk from the house to the main areas of historic downtown Savanah.

Great House

Property was beautifully decorated and comfortable with lots of space to relax! Nice size dining room for eating in if you want. Looks just like the pictures. We had no issues getting in and it was an easy check out. Convenient location to Forsyth Park!

Perfect for a family

Loved that it was a quick walk to the park! Communication was great and all of our questions were answered promptly. Would definitely stay here again!
