This Colonial style home has been remodeled extensively with new solid core oak doors and refinished oak flooring. New beds and appliances thru-out the home will give you a enjoyable stay. Conveniently located just outside Cincinnati in Cheviot. Cheviot still maintains a small town atmosphere with easy access to the Cincinnati. The Local entertainment district just minutes away has a variety of restaurants shops and entertainment. 20 Minute access to basically everything Cincinnati has to offer. Exact distances to your travel location is available on request. The Mercy West Hospital is only 2.5 Miles Away as well.

Great Stay!

George’s home is exceptionally clean and cozy. He adds a bunch of little touches to make your stay enjoyable. Very comfy beds and awesome couches in the living room! The front porch is an added bonus! Many local restaurants are just a mile or two away.

Great stay!

My son and I stayed here for a soccer tournament, and it was a great place to stay! Very clean, nice and lots of thoughtful touches. The owner is obviously working to make continued updates and what’s done so far is great. Loved the headboard with the USB outlet.

Enjoyed Our Weekend

Very clean and updated 2 bedroom, kitchen and living room. Many local places to eat within a mile or two. About 20 minutes to U of Cinn. Highly recommend George’s place.

Amazing

The place was as advertised. Check in was really easy, the place was clean. I can appreciate that there was no noise coming from the unit upstairs, they were very respectful that there was people. The instructions were very detailed. Beds were super comfortable and I like the fact coffee was available and snacks in the kitchen! I would definitely stay here again. It was an amazing experience

Comfortable and hommie

It was a great stay , I loved the place, I just didn’t the bottom bed sheet but it really wasn’t a problem, when the car couldn’t start he help out, it give it a 9.9/10
