Private dock situated directly on the bay features a lower stationary dock for kayaks.
Wooden steps off of side bulkhead provide access into shallow waters.
Relax and unwind around the waterside firepit.
The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area,
living room with comfy furnishings, and a private den with sleep sofa and TV.
First Floor Bedroom and Bath Layout:
One bedroom with 2 twin beds.
Shared full bath in hall.
Second Bedroom and Bath Layout:
Second bedroom with a king bed, private full bath, and access to the waterfront deck.
Third bedroom has a queen bed and access to the waterfront deck.
