Amazing location and house

The house was just as described and perfect for our weekend getaway. Super clean with everything we needed. Great location to restaurants and bars and walking distance to almost everything. Overall a great weekend.

Philly

We enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again. Be aware, there are two locks on the door, so make sure you either carry the key for the door or make sure it’s unlocked. We locked ourselves out, but Sebastian came to the rescue.

Communicative host, property as advertised, great location

Other than figuring out some of the quirks with the AC units and shower (helpful hint: it's a telescoping nozzle that you pull down from the spout to engage the head), it was a perfect stay. Sebastian was super responsive, it was clean and cool, and the location was super walkable to everything we wanted to do and see. 10/10!

Fantastic Property and Location

We had a fun weekend in Philly.Sebastian's instructions left little that needed to be answered but, I did have 1 question and he was quick to reply.About his place, couldn't ask for a better location. Close to everything yet, set back on a small cobble stone street. The weather wasn't good during our stay but, having such a lovely and cozy home we didn't mind spending time on the huge couch watching tv till the rain let up. The kitchen has everything you would need. Huge bathroom and 2 separate bedrooms. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, quiet and comfy home.

Tiny home in great location

This rental was in a prime location. Walking distance to many attractions. The amenities listed included shampoo, soap and bathroom necessities. Thankfully I brought my own toiletries because there were none, minimal bath towels and no wash clothes and we almost ran out of toilet paper. I inquired about parking but didn’t get a response. Parking is challenging.
