This little property was perfect for a Philly visit. Close to the subway, great places to eat and historic sites. Loved parking the vehicle and walking or taking the subway for what we wanted to do.

Perfect spot in Philly

Great place, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Perfectly located -walking distance to all the major attractions and restaurants. Tiffany (host) was helpful and responded quickly to any questions that we may have had. We will definitely stay there again!

Absolutely wonderful! Clean, comfortable and modern. The communications with management deserve more than 5 stars! Location is fabulous, sitting right in the middle of old town where walking everywhere was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed

The unit was clean and had just enough space to relax and not feel like we were on top of each other. The beds were comfortable and the location was a short walk away from everything! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The host was great, very helpful and responsive to messages. The apartment was beautiful and in the PERFECT location for sightseeing. We rented a car but didn't need to - everything is within walking distance of the apartment. In fact, it's easier to walk and not search for parking everywhere you go, especially considering that its only a short walk from the apartment to visit places like the liberty bell. Highly recommend.

I traveled with my two teenagers. We had everything we needed here, the stay was fantastic, and very homey. Very close to everything, secure, and quiet. Host was super helpful, communicated, and very nice. Highly recommend and we would stay here again!

Cute apartment with a great location!

Great apartment, can tell it's brand new or has been recently renovated. Amazing location. It's in a quiet part of town but close enough where you can walk to everything. Love the location. It was a little confusing checking into the building, a few more instructions on the floor the apartment was on & how to find it would've been great but overall it was such a nice place! Highly recommend!

My adult daughter and myself had a wonderful stay in this Philly property. The townhouse was just delightful and spacious for the two of us. We loved all of the exposed brick and enjoyed sleeping in the same bedroom on comfy mattresses and pillows. We felt very secure in the building which was located right in the heart of town. Many shops, cafes, galleries, restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. We rented a car and were able to park in a 24 hour lot two doors down from our townhome. Tiffany was a wonderful host who kept in touch and answered all of questions. If we are back in town, we will stay here again.
