The space
This property is a guesthouse casita which has its own entrances, facilities, patios, separate from the main home. It is newer construction 2014. Primarily 10ft ceilings. There are two HVAC units for customized comfort. Doorways are wider for those who might use a wheel chair or walker. It is also arranged for privacy. Fully functional like a home as it has a full kitchen with standard sized appliances, including washer and dryer. Very open and lots of natural lighting. Nice window treatments for extra privacy. Homey but modern and feels spacious. Gorgeous setting.
