Indulge in a luxurious stay at this newly built, fully furnished 5-bed/3.5-bath standalone home in the Austin/Georgetown area. Perfect for groups of friends seeking relaxation or families with children who desire a space for active play. The property offers proximity to various amenities like Kalahari Resorts, several parks, Wolf Ranch Shopping center, and 30 mins to Downtown Austin with convenient access to I-35 and state highway 130, 3 to 8 mins to Walmart, HEB, Costco and lots of restaurants.

Floor Plan:

Experience a contemporary floor plan adorned with brand-new furnishings, two spacious living areas featuring smart TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen (Includes reverse osmosis for your purified drinking water). The property features a master bedroom located at the first floor with walk-in shower and separate bathtub for relaxing, a private room upstairs with an ensuite bathroom and closet, three private rooms upstairs with shared bathroom. Additionally first floor features an in house threadmill, dumbbells and workbench for your workout.

Family Get Away

Great house for our family of 9 adults. The house was clean, enough seating for everyone and bedrooms were on larger side. Kitchen was very spacious. The only thing I would change is more silverware and pots and pans. Baking sheets for oven would also be nice. We overall loved the house and it was close to town. I would definitely rent it again.

Room to sleep lots of people but lacking kitchen supplies

The house was generally pretty clean except for some chips found in the couch. The kitchen did not have enough supplies for cooking- only one small cookie sheet, only a few knives, etc. The kitchen just needs a refresh as far as cooking utensils, knives, supplies, etc. . The microwave did not work.
