At Villa Karpe Diem, ‘seizing the moment’ is looking out across the Gulf of Thailand from one of two infinity pools; sipping a cocktail at the swim-up bar; and letting our full-time staff satisfy your every whim.
Villa Karpe Diem is designed for lovers of the outdoors; 1,000 m2 of living spaces, including a separate gym, massage area and spa with a lush garden of 4,300 m2 ensures complete privacy, unlike most Koh Samui villas overlooking one and other.
The villa opens up completely giving way to expansive terraces with an abundance of outdoor relaxing and dining options, and infinite shades of blue as the two large infinity pools merge with the Gulf of Thailand.
Strategically located between Chaweng and Lamai, guests can access all the tourist attractions featured in White Lotus Season 3 in 10-15 mins. A Wellness resort, Sea view Restaurant and Bar are only a 2 minute walk; with the Royal Samui Golf Club around 1km from the villa. The Beach can be reached within a 5-minute drive; and the Airport is only 15 minutes away. Full concierge service provided.

Born in London, and now lived and worked in 9 countries; my last postings being in Asia. We built this house as a future semi-retirement property, and as it happens are now based in the South of France, so do not get to use it as much as when based in Hong Kong.
We built it as a home, modern and tastefully decorated, and we are extremely pleased to have people experience something we created for ourselves, and to make their precious vacation times, memorable.

A private mountain, with a community of expat owners. A fabulous sea view bar and restaurant less than 3 mins walk from the villa. The mountain where the villa is situated is the most exclusive in Samui without doubt.
この宿泊施設の特徴
There has, over recent years, been a large uptick in new villas built on Samui for residential but primarily for the rental market. Land as on any small island is finite, and the vast majority of new villas recently constructed sit on tiny parcels of land, overlooked and overlooking neighbours, some of them so close you feel you can reach out and touch the adjacent property.
We bought the land on a private mountain where no further building is allowed, before this 'rush' and were able to secure almost 4, 500 sqm and are not overlooked on any side, and have unobstructed 180 degree sea views, and complete privacy.
When on vacation, I think that counts a lot.
