TeLu City is a 100 m² designer apartment in Belgrade's old town. Fully renovated around soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling French doors, and a private courtyard terrace. Two bedrooms (king + queen), two baths with rainfall shower, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso, dining for six, oversized couch, and fiber wifi up to 500 Mbps. Sleeps five comfortably — the kind of place we'd want to come home to after a long day in the city.
The Space
A 100 m² apartment on the 1st floor (one easy flight up), laid out for real living — not just sleeping:
- Open kitchen, dining & living— a grand fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast island for two flows into a dining area set for six and a living room anchored by an oversized couch. Floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors open onto the private terrace.
Master Bedroom — queen bed, ensuite bathroom, blackout curtains.
Guest Bedroom — king bed, blackout curtains, second full bathroom just outside.
Living room — oversized couch that sleeps a 5th guest, 65" HDTV with premium cable, fiber wifi up to 500 Mbps for streaming or remote work.
Private terrace — courtyard-facing and quiet, room for morning coffee, evening drinks, or breakfast for the whole group.
A few details that make the difference: Nespresso machine waiting on the counter, fully equipped kitchen ready for actual cooking, rainfall shower, blackout curtains in both bedrooms, and a layout that lets five people share the space without ever being on top of each other.
The entire apartment is yours — no shared spaces, no host on-site. Self check-in via lockbox any time after 4 PM, so a late flight is no problem. Aneta, Miki, and Jovan are reachable in English or Serbian and reply within an hour if anything comes up.
You're in Savski Venac, on the edge of the old town — the part of central Belgrade where everything worth walking to actually is.
On foot from the front door: - Brankov Bridge & the Sava riverfront — 1 minute - Princess Ljubica's Residence — 2 minutes - Zeleni Venac (market & transit hub) — 4 minutes - Knez Mihailova pedestrian street — 6 minutes - Beton Hala (riverside restaurants & bars) — 8 minutes - Republic Square & National Museum — 10 minutes - Skadarlija (the bohemian quarter — Belgrade's answer to Montmartre) — 12 minutes - Kalemegdan Fortress — 13 minutes - St. Sava Temple — about 25 minutes on foot, 10 by tram
Daily essentials: Maxi Go convenience store is on the same block — fine for water, breakfast basics, and a bottle of wine on the way home.
Getting in and out: Kalemegdan tram station is a 4-minute walk. Buses 56, 65, and 84 all stop within a minute or two of the door. Taxi to Nikola Tesla Airport runs roughly 2,000 RSD ( about 17 euros ) and takes 25 minutes in light traffic.

My wife and I are both from Serbia and reside between California and Belgrade throughout the year. We have 2 children and enjoy exploring and traveling the world together We have been hosting several of our properties for the past 5 years and thrive in providing expetional guest services & comfort. We know first hand what it's like to be away from home and we desire to extend the accommodations for our guest to bring that comfort/home feel when they stay in our properties.
