The laundry room is also located on this level. The spacious great room offers vaulted ceilings, plenty of seating for game night, and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen located off the great room boasts sparkling black granite counters that nicely accent the stainless steel appliances. Well-equipped cabinets offer everything you need for meal preparation. One of this homes best features is the Florida Room, located off the great room (also with flatscreen TV). Here you will find cozy furnishings, bay views, and access to the outside deck.
