A simple note telling us where the key to the downstairs bedroom would have been appreciated, along with a note stating the house number is the code to get in the laundry room.
We were horrified by the smell/dampness and bugs squashed all over the walls in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom unit when we finally were able to get in. We lost hours of our first full day dealing with this bedroom. Someone came with a dehumidifier the next morning, which inconveniently needed emptying every 3 hours, and then a cleaner came about lunch time, who was wonderful and recommended some places to eat. I have two daughters with asthma and allergies, and no one wanted to sleep down there in that moldy smell, including me, so without the 5th bedroom, one daughter slept on the couch upstairs. We had requested a HEPA filter, but I received an email that the owner would not provide us one.
The upstairs property was as pictured, with a few furniture stains and writing from probably a child. The internet worked fine, there were some welcome laundry packets, dishwasher packets, and sponge, but no dish washing soap, only bar soap, and bring toilet paper and garbage bags.
We didn't use the downstairs grill area, so I can't speak for that.
We would have loved some beach chairs and umbrellas. and had to purchase some that we took home with us.
